- Unfulfilled Commitments: The owner failed to deliver on several promises made during the booking process, leading to disappointment and frustration. - Misleading Information: We were given false assurances about the services and amenities, which were not provided as promised during the event. - Poor Communication: Communication with the owner was difficult, and requests for clarification or assistance were not handled promptly or professionally. - Underwhelming Experience: Despite the initial excitement, the overall experience was underwhelming due to the discrepancies between what was promised and what was actually delivered. - Lack of Accountability: The resort staff and owner were not accountable for the mistakes and failed to address issues even after multiple attempts to resolve them. - Unprofessional Behavior: We expected a professional and reliable service, but the resort owner's actions fell far short of expectations, leaving us feeling misled. - Disappointment on a Special Day: Our sister's wedding was supposed to be a special day, but the resort's failure to fulfill commitments negatively impacted the entire event. - Would Not Recommend: Based on our experience, we would not recommend this resort to others looking for a reliable venue for important occasions.

Air conditioners not working in Central hall. Manager & management informed number of times . Couldn't care less and giving vague excuses .Temperature inside 28 degrees inside Mail hall in November. Think twice about holding function in this resort . Or else carry a change in clothes. You could take shower or stay outside which was more pleasant.

Worst service ever...they were giving sweet rice in the name of biryani. Very rude people. No management at all. Very false commitment. Ruined our function

Poor service and false commitment. Everyone before booking this resort please tell them to give in written what they will provide whether it is a food or anything else. Don't rely on verbal communication or what they commit.

Ambiance was good with dinning Starters awesome Maine course not good meal quality not up to the mark as per Punjabi wedding taste

A pretty average place. Does the job decently. Parking outside isn't upto the mark though. Too mushy during rains. Overall, okayish.
