Amazing food and service polite staff with separate parking space love the stay rooms are neat and clean good job keep up

Horrible experience.We booked a room for one day and We paid 2700 for a deluxe room that was too tiny. When we asked for an upgrade they showed us other rooms.. all of which were v small. No basic amenities in the room like toiletries. We had to ask the staff for those, which they declined. My husband had to go to the nearby market to buy the basic like soap and toothbrush. Even the room service was pathetic. We ordered tea in the evening that took ages to come. Also, you have to carry your luggage yourself through the lifts. No bell boy and all is available. This hotel is my worst ever experience. I have no words to describe how pathetic the stay was. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are neat and clean, a bit smaller but serves the purpose. AC, TV, mirror, phone, almirah, mirror, side table, a small table & chair, dustbin are available. The location is beside the Landran Chowk.

This is a very nice hotel, the owners are very friendly and talk to you very politely. The food is Amazing, I don't know who the chef is but I tell you his doing an excellent Job. Just one thing is not very good is the customers service between the staff and the guest. Communication break down. Staffs are always attentive but if you order something and it's not there, it's their job to advise you and give you a recommend to order something else, its not good to wait the whole night for your order which never came. I think the staff should always advise their Guests if there is nothing in their restaurant instead of not responding. I was really let down when my water bottle that I ordered never came and I had to eat the food without any drink and was very disappointed
