Hotel O Sabtera Homes

I had a terrible experience with Hotel O Sabtera Homes and would never recommend it to anyone. I had a confirmed booking from OYO, but when I arrived at the property around 10 PM, I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. They were not only unfriendly but also demanded extra money, claiming some baseless reasons which were never mentioned during the booking process. Despite showing them the confirmed booking details, they refused to let me check in without paying additional charges. The tone and attitude of the staff were completely unacceptable, and they clearly had no sense of customer service or hospitality. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the late hour and force guests to pay more. Out of frustration and concern for safety, I had no choice but to cancel my booking on the spot and find a nearby hotel at that hour. Thankfully, I found a much better place with polite staff and transparent pricing. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value basic respect and honesty. Extremely disappointing experience that ruined my night and caused unnecessary stress.

Worst hotel I have ever seen, very bad staff and too rude behavior of the people, as they are giving rooms for free also the rooms was shown on pictures was not same when we visit to Hotel.

Very very bad experience, all night not Electercity we sped night in Non Ac and prices very heigh..second hotel charge 799/- with ac room, not dinner facility and other facility... My father was discharge so i staying here very difficult to us.

Extremely Poor conduct at the reception. When visted Sabtera Homes told us that there is no avalability of rooms. Could not contact at OYA phone no as it said Number Does not Exist. When again tried to search the Hotel was provided in opposite direction and that too far away. Experience was very poor

The service provided was very bad by the receptionist. She was most of the times arrogant, rude and money minded for each and everything. She told me to vacate the room when I extended my stay on the oyo app instead of doing it offline at the hotel. We had lot of trouble in the starting. They gave us one room which was filthy and filled with houseflies and smell, when we asked for another room, they said there is only one room available which is a balcony room and have to pay 200 extra. I also saw her fighting with the other customers at the room checkins.

Hotel Hari Piorko is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Worst experience , we book this hotel on Oyo at price of 900 approx but when we check in then told us that we can't provide rooms at this price if u want to book rooms u have to pay 1200 for a single room . Also there is no room service available we asked for water they told us come and collect from water cooler instaled on ground floor.

When we arrived to check-in the hotel . The reception people told us that they do not take bookings from Oyo and will charge different from what is mentioned in Oyo. The worst experience I ever had while booking rooms. It is clearly mentioned that the online payment is non refundable. Thank god I saw that before making the payment online. Guys please do not book online for this hotel. Even the rooms are not so good. Room service is the worst. We asked for a water bottle and it never came.
