Hotel Green Park

I stayed in this hotel 3 days because of in that city no other hotel allowed for foreigners, this hotel also very expensive 1800 per night compared to facilities. When I entered inside the room it was very smelly and no water available and ceiling paints are peeled off. The hotel staff asked me food but I had rejected due to food price compared to other hotels. I was completely disappointed for Kharar city others hotel management and behaviors as well.

My last experience was worst experience ever with this hotel I booked this hotel for 4 days , there is no coordination with the customer in this hotel, services are not good , the hotel owner have provided the which have no electricity no AC and I have changed the from 201 to 105 then on next day 105 to 103 and then again they told to change the room because they cannot provided the triple bedroom room so I again change the room from 103 to 105 . Request either change you services or don't try to even disturb the guest . . . . If you thinking to stay at this hotel that's your decision my experience was worst ever ....

Green Park Hotel is a small, neat & clean with all the basic working facilities. Nowadays, after unlock down, they are operating with minimal staff but provided good room service with tasty food, tea and chilled soft drinks etc. Location is very good, opposite highway. I am satisfied.

Worst place ! I checked in around 11:30 as I was travelling back due to work and had no other place available at that hour. The room was so smelly, I called the front desk 4 times as I was not able to sleep and then one person came in who was not sober, drunk may be, he handed over a room freshener and left. Between 2:30-3:00 am I finally decided to leave as I was suffocating in the room and was not able to rest at all. No one was at the front desk so I had to leave a WhatsApp message to the same number on which my booking was confirmed that I left. I asked for refund next day through Agoda to which hotel authorities lied that I left between 4:00-5:00 am and they will not refund the amount. No one was at the front desk I even had to drag my luggage by myself and yet you had the audacity to lie. I booked the place for two days, and couldn't stand living their for even 2 hours. It was the worst experience ever.

Room is spacious and comfortable bed and blankets , as an andhra girl the food here is good and tasty Reasonable prices totally it was a good stay but they don't provide proper toiletries

Green park is a nice and affordable hotel. You will get clean rooms and service is also good. And the food of the hotel is quite good.

I check in today but i stay only half and hour because of some emergency i have to leave immediately hotel management doest refund me any money i was not expecting that from management

A wonderful place to stay in my opinion but the only thing I'm which I'm disappointed that is food servicing. Moreover worthy place to spend time and money. Thank You!!
