Arista Hotel

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition-unclean, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. The bedding smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to complaints. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. They don't respect anyone's privacy. For the price charged, this was a complete rip-off. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Feel free to tweak it based on your exact experience!

I recently visited this hotel to meet my friends who were staying there, and unfortunately, I encountered a very rude and unprofessional individual who identified himself as the manager (the man in the pink shirt). Upon my arrival, my friend came down to greet me, and we proceeded to their room, which was notably smaller than the standard size. While we were sitting together, we ordered cigarettes through Blinkit, and I went downstairs to pick up the order. Upon my return, I politely inquired with the so-called manager about the location of the lift. He asked me who I was and where I was going, which I found acceptable until I informed him that I was visiting my friends. He then claimed that visitors were not allowed, leaving me astonished. What kind of hotel has a "no visitors" policy? As someone who has worked in several five-star properties nationwide, I have never encountered such a rule. Things escalated when he called the room and began arguing with my friends, even contacting our event organizers to say that we were being blacklisted. This behavior is unacceptable. I strongly urge the owner of this hotel to reconsider the management staff and replace this unprofessional manager with someone who understands industry standards and customer service. This individual is not only making my experience unpleasant but likely affecting the experiences of other guests as well, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews regarding his behavior. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements necessary changes. Thank you.

Well I stayed in this hotel for 1 day,it is a good hotel and what they are offering at this price is good. Rooms were good, parking of car is not a problem here. Food options were although limited but was not good,not bad. At this price it is good.

The visit was a disaster, management doesn't have any once of dignity left before treating guests as roadside customers and serving them old, rotten pre heated food, and keep supply of freshly made food, mineral bottles, tea, coffee for themselves. I guess they believe they do some kind of NGO service doing EHSAAN to serve us morning meal that too from a week earlier. The management should write in bold that food and other amenities are for them ,customers are given water in unsanitized open glasses, old food is served, one man at the break fast, with spiked hair and moustache- a certified chamcha of some, snatched away "pooris" from other gentle guy at breakfast duty, gave to the next guests who came later. Blithe disregard for the guests. Visit some other place with better management

we had good experience with them. Lovation is good. But, the food quality is average and limited options in menu. can recommend for small family gathering functions.

Worst experience ever Poor quality of food and beverages as compared to their high prices. Poor service quality so much delay of time in food preparation and mostly food are tasteless

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Arista Hotel in Sector 125, Sunny Enclave! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. My room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings, and the bed was perfect for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities. The staff deserves special mention - they were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food was also top-notch - both the buffet and a la carte options were delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had everything from local delicacies to international favorites. The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible from Chandigarh and Mohali, and perfect for both business and leisure stays. The facilities like the gym, spa, and lounge area added a nice touch, and I could unwind and relax after a busy day. Overall, I would highly recommend Arista Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the region. A true gem!

Nice place for kitty party and other parties.Dinning, location and food was amazing. Most importantly washrooms were hygeine.
