Good rooms, good place but not clean. There were bottles underneath the bed, hair strands and bed sheets and pillows are not clean. If cleanliness is properly done, then I would have rated it differently.

DISGUSTING ...! We booked this hotel by agoda firstly they were denying check in as stating that they hve stopped taking online bookings ... after that our booking was inclusive of breakfast but they said we r nt responsible for that as we had the proper confirmation receipt in which it was clearly mentioned about inclusive benefits wifi & breakfast but still they were nt listening this amounts to completely a consumer case because consumers right has been infringed because we made our booking while checking the price with breakfast only ... they r on their own rules & dictator policies

Please don't book online, they ask for more rate after arriving. Room service was poor and very bad, room had a very bad odour. Bedsheets were not clean and room service denied to change it. Room door lock was broken (no privacy).

Very poor service. We had booked this hotel but when we went to check in they said that no room is available at 10 in the night. What's the point of booking then... Then they sent us to another hotel of their chain which was no way close to the pics shown here They are just taking bookings by showing this hotel in pictures and once overbooked they place us in other hotels which are shady.

So good rooms...neat and clean...all facilities here ....nice behaviour
