Pathetic condition of room, broken in two part due to some construction work, no soap provided, used towel was there, bedsheet and pillow cover was dirty and used one, no telephone to contact reception, no wifi facility, no complimentary breakfast. Someone knocked the door in theirs full capacity like the hell at night. In morning 09:30am only hotel staff knocked the door and asked to vacate the room as he need in urgent instead of 11am then again housekeeping maid knocked the door for Cleaning, flooring. 1/10
