Hotel Palms Inn

I recommend bringing your towels from home here if your a really big fat guy like me. I'm to big for the towels and they get wet fast but that's my bad. The staff are really nice and helpful with smiles. My room was fine wish it had a window though I was provided with some body wash, face moisturizer & facial wash on the left hand side from the bathroom sink. The location is good for food there's a coffee shop which is great! the coffee taste nice and they do these hot microwaved chocolate muffins that they cut into 4 pieces and serve on a plate with a spoon. There's also a Subway nextdoor I have a big fan above my bed that goes up to like 5 I think so you'll be fine when you sleep in if your from the UK and don't like the heat too much.

I had come to Amritsar from West Bengal. On the way I saw the location of Hotel Palms Inn and stopped there. I really liked staying there. The view of the rooms towards the road was very beautiful. I really liked staying there.

Property is very well located on the Amritsar-Delhi highway, its just near to Beas(around 8-10kms) Rooms were very hygienic and linen was clean. Property is newly built and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend this property for family stay.

The stay was good, the bed was comfortable, the decor and lighting was good, it was clean. The washroom was good and they had amenities, and the option for food delivery for items from the outlets nearby. It was on the room from Amritsar to Noida and we were happy to find a good hotel.

Thanks for making me aware that you don't have washroom in reception area and as a first time visitor nobody would know that.but your manager was rude and he even came out of the hotel enterance and started saying bad to the guy attending your filling station that why did you let them in our hotel....and you are tagging me rude?? And I'm not at all asking anything or anykind of favour from you why would i use anything to intimidate you through this platform?? Atleast realise what your staff did instead of hiding there behaviour to general public. And thanks for visiting my profile... i have appreciated good businesses too! I was passing by this hotel with my family on my way from Amritsar to Ludhiana.This hotel manager on duty on 7 April ,2024 time 8:30 Am approx denied for usage of washroom to my Father who is a senior citizen saying that we don't have washrooms...we just have rooms. Such a illegitimate statement. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody instead would definitely stop atleast hundreds of family members going on this route to visit Darbar sahib. Shame on the management for keeping such people on job who don't have knowledge of rulings passed by Honourable Supreme Court and High courts of India and constitution (which grants every citizen right to use washrooms and drinking water on highways.
