Hotel Royal

I stayed there for one night but it was not up to the mark. The staff didn't provide me with the room keys. And the staff was not present all the time. The rooms were too small. I suffered from too many mosquitoes. I had AC in my room but it was not working. The fans also made a lot of noise. Rooms 2/10 Service 5l10 Location 8/10 Cleanliness 5/10

It is a nice hotel to stay at cheapest rate..Single/double bed & sharing room is also available. i recommend for those people/candidates who are going for Selection Center North Kapurthala. It's a 1-2 mins walking distance from ssb center. Hotel is on the road side & very easy to find. Bus stand is just 200 meters away. Rooms are hygienic. Service is good. Owner is very helpful with good manners & behaviour.

Very good service. Very friendly and helping paa ji Well behaved and helping staff We were 3 people , we had to stay for ssb. We had booked a double-bed room as per our budget Paa ji had given us 3 beds (one double bed one single) in price of a double bed. As he had understood it will be difficult to manage 3 people on a double bed. At evening , he also printed documents (which i'd forgotten to get printed) for free , he saved me that time! Also warm water for bathe and clean rooms and bedding / blankets are available with T.V. . Nice experience Also ssb was very near to it and it is located in market only. Bus station nearby

It's a 10 rooms hotel with ac- non a.c. combined. Its at 10 minutes walking distance from SCN kapurthala. Sharing is allowed among ssb candidates in a single room from 2 or 3 in each room. There are no windows so only the corner rooms on terrace are better if you want well ventilation but other rooms are not that bad. The owner is polite and may charge different money for same type of rooms from different persons(so try maximum to negotiate).For SSB CANDIDATES ONLY: If you don't find any place to stay or can't afford then gurudwara is always open for you with no charges and you'll find almost 50 candidates already staying there in the same big hall. Choose whatever suits you.

Great value for money. Clean and organized room. Free Wifi. Room service available at all times. The owner is a great person,very helpful as well. Great place if you want to stay before/after your SSB. They even allowed us to stay extra Hours to wait for taxi. Great Overall Experience.

Very bad hotel, my experience was very bad, zero service(Ac not working, bedsheets are very bad in condition) if you want to waste your money then you can visit here. Staff members and hotel owner have no sense how to deal with there customers. Even Windows are not available in the room@room 104. #bad odor bathroom. #even soaps/bathroom kit are not available. And the room price was 1600.

The hotel is about 150 meters from DC Chowk Kapurthala and 250 meters from the Bus Stand Kapurthala. Provides for some basic amenities.. Rooms are compact and not up to the expectations you have from a room with INR1500 per night price tag. Though the staff is polite and hygiene is maintained. Overall, I was satisfied.

Very costly and rooms are very dirty with unwashed bed sheets a tv without DTH or cable. Booked room for single but for the same price was given a roommate and he also paid for the single room. My advice to SSB candidates go to nearby gurdwara they give rooms for rs100 and are better than any hotel and rooms are abundant
