Ramada by Wyndham Kapurthala,Punjab

I am staying at Ramada, Kapurthala for the 2nd time. Having a wonderful stay this time as well. Geetanjali Garmalda (GSA - F&B) from the restaurant really took very good care of us and our meals. Restaurant ambience is very nice and food is mouth watering. Rooms are very spacious and location is very ideal on the main Highway.

Accidently we went to this hotel . And thank god I did. 5 star stay in a 5 star property. Rakesh thakur was very helpful in the dinning area. Food was very tasty and staff serverd it with smile. Bed sheets were very clean. Toilet was clean with continuous warm hot water.

Horrible experience. Will never want to come back here. Room was not made up and dinner plates were not cleared till the time I returned to the hotel the next day at around 8 pm. The housekeeping staff made excuses that there was a marriage party staying on the same floor and hence the room was not made up. The front office staff made me feel as if I was disturbing their peace. Never seen such unenthusiastic staff in a hotel ever. Hand towels were not provided, soap dispensers were empty and bedsheets were soiled. I asked for an electric iron and a damaged one was provided to me. Had to ask for coffee, sugar and milk powder as well as hand towels and soap dispensers to be refilled. What a shame. When informed to the management through the agency which made the booking, a cake was sent to the room through a waiter. Sadly no one from the management even thought to call and redress my grievances.

I had my engagement function over here. the owner was behaving nicely before the program but after the program he misbehaved. However the program went well. Except that we had a good experience.

Nice place to stay. Sunrise view Not away from city. (You need to have your own vehicle or Cab/Taxi) Value for money. Modern Amenities (Like USA/UAE). Very Good Food. Very Good Hospitality. (Hats Off to Staff)

F-desk staff should be more accurate. should cooperate on the request of guest if can be. room service staff was not available while check out as ask by F-desk and i had to carry my luggage on my own, ridiculous. i felt like||as i was served in a home stay, though its 5 star. room allotted was on 2nd floor which opted to change but was not cooperated by F-desk staff

I recently attended the wedding party at ramada kapurthala and the boy side had booked one hall for sehrabandi. Some snacks and coffee was offered to the guests. But the quality of snacks was very poor ams even it were served stale and cold. Even the hot coffee offered was not hot and was just like water. Even there was no proper service for distributing the snacks and coffee. The tables were full of used plates and no waiter was there to clean the table and remove the used plates and other cutlery. On calling the manager he came only after 15 minutes but even he did not do anything. Poor services. They only know to collect money. They lack professionalism. Won't recommed this place to anyone e

The hotel is good. The breakfast buffet was excellent.. rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The service was as expected. Mr Amit Sharma sen captain provide the best service for us .During the stay he is personally take care to our family.Thanks to all Ramada team to good treat my family.This is the best property inthe Kapurthala to Jalandhar.thanks and keep it up.
