Hi my marriage function was held in this resort. But owner did very awful behaviour, because did not gave those services for which my family paid. Also , he included some extra charges, which he said it will be included. He is double faced person. When you will go there for booking then he will say anything else, but at the end he will charge something else, which will be unexpected. So , I will suggest you please find out other resorts, in batala or gurdaspur. I have regret that why my family and me choose this one.

The resort was beautifully decorated in lawn area. The hall is very cosy and spacious. The staff is well trained and experienced. They do have ample amount of parking . They do have separate rooms for guests. The washroom was very neat. Overall it was a great experience. But do take a note of its distance from Gurdaspur city especially if having a night function as it is in far flung location from city. Gurdwara Sahib Ji of Village Nainokot is just 2-3 kms from Resort to perform Anand Karaj for marriages.

Owner is very greedy. fountain is situated in the middle of resort, which is not working and inside the fountain so much dust ,(look like not cleaned from many months). Resort waiters will not provide properly food in the hall, which is very pathetic. (whatever your supervision ,you are going to fail). Interesting thing, You can only count resort waiters in the morning, few will be go home or send somewhere else till noon, and till evening will be half amount of waitress. You will be looting by so many ways , like booking, decoration and great part is AC, resort waiters etc . Washrooms are not cleaned, kitchen area totally mess. This is big resort ,and located in small town , that's why people are booking this resort, but useless and your thinking will be changed in the end of your function or middle of function, when you will notice there waiters service , cleaning and trying to charged you so much by many ways. If you will hire waiters from outside then resort will convince you to take B class waiters from resort,so resort B class waiters will not work properly ( might be advised by resort) because you have not took resort A class waiters. (NO OPTIONS MAN) We had 2 experience with the resort,both are unforgettable. I believe next time in the Gurdaspur resorts can be good decision. Can't think about this Resort.

Best resort in gurdaspur. Wonderful decoration at very genuine price. Even they have changed the fountain which was earlier not working but now it is very aesthetic

POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE BOOKING * There was DUST and Garbage at most of the corners. * Fountain at center doesn't work and there was so much dust around it. (You can ask them in advance) * The kitchen space at the back where cook prepare food is complete mess Ask them to clean it first. * MAJOR ISSUE the waiters they provided were not wearing clean dress and they were stinking like they haven't took bath from days, and as per my view, I personally believe that the person (waiters) who are serving food on the table should be neat and clean which they were not at all. * Another thing is talk to manager in advance before booking like for the table roll and some other thing because later on manager will say we don't provide this or this in package so you have to run on the spot or in the middle of function for table roll and some other things. * Washrooms were not that clean during the function there was no one to clean Very Spacious Huge car parking Seperate washrooms General day booking price is 55000 which we paid and other charges like decoration waiters and table are extra We paid 1,15000 in total including resort booking and decorations and for waiters Food was Seperate

For area it's a good resort but need proper maintenance and management. Looks like greedy owners. Washrooms not clean at all. Dirty corners, roof was dirty. Fountain in middle not working at all and very dirty.

Good big resort for functions like marriage, anniversary, get together etc . AC hall available, a lot big parking inside. Booking is also reasonable and generator facility provided.

I can't expect such a good property in this area that is considered not well developed area. Well cleaned , nicely decorated ac hall . good parking.well maintained lawns
