Hotel Shanay

The room is in great condition with no issues. I feel safe with the presence of a guard and CCTV in the hotel. The food and drink options are limited, but the hotel offers great value.

The owner is very rude and greedy, TV was not working still no discount was given. Smell in rooms.they provide bill without GST NO., VERY poor hospitality, food is costly and towel and bed sheets are old and dirty. Fridge in room is the only good thing. Not recommended for any one. Very poor

Rooms are very nice and food was very good as well. There was no scope for compliant Decent parking space. It is on the highway to Shimla

Very nice rooms at surprisingly low price and courteous staff. Sadly I couldn't stay here this time but next time definitely will.

Bad behaviour of the receptionist. There is no ventilation in the rooms and they are not doing cleaning of the rooms even after saying. If bought 5 water bottles but they were asking us to pay the charge of 11 water bottles.

Worst stay ever. Hotel rooms are in very bad condition. Even this hotel doesn't meet the basic OYO standard. Not recommended with family at all. No vantilation in rooms..bathroom smell will come directly to your room. Even they don't have in-house kitchen..all food is delivered from outside..even for a cup of tea they will take minimum one hour. Will recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. We have taken the most premium room in the property And you can get an idea about quality by seeing pictures

The hotel is situated on highway but the cleanliness is next to zero. Had to stay here while on the way to HP but i don't recommend because the toilets are dirty (asked to clean but they denied), no dustbins in the entire room and washroom, very very congested rooms (one can barely walk), didn't serve any water, didn't provided toiletries (was handed over one piece of soap for washing hands only after asking), bedsheets were not clean, no sanitization. The view outside the window is a huge pile of garbage dump so dont try to pull shades down. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Very bad experience, receptionist denied me for RO water and he was talking very rudely Although I done my payment in advance for 4 dayes. I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN HERE.
