If you need a place to spend overnight if landing late in Chandigarh airport then this place is fine. Airport pickup provided on 300/- charge. Single female can avoid at night due to isolated location, however I stayed with family and felt quite safe. Hot water available, no lift but was helped to move my luggage up and down. 24 hours tea coffee service, tea was good. Skipped breakfast as left early. Check in check out smooth, reception person is friendly.

I stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a flight early the next morning. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel is located in a deserted area, and the path leading to it feels unsafe and eerie. The atmosphere was unsettling, and I struggled to sleep at night. The reception area was dimly lit with yellow lighting, which only added to the discomfort. For the price of 3,500, I expected better facilities and an environment that felt secure and welcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families or couples. While it may be safe, its appearance and upkeep leave much to be desired. **Suggestions for Improvement:** 1. **Outdoor Lighting:** The colorful lights outside the hotel give off a strange vibe. Consider opting for neutral, well-lit exteriors to create a safer and more professional look. 2. **Reception Lighting:** The reception area needs better, brighter lighting to make guests feel safe and comfortable. 3. **Cleanliness:** The bedsheets in my room had hair on them, which made the stay unhygienic and uncomfortable. Proper cleaning standards must be implemented. 4. **Maintenance:** The reception areas on each floor are not well-maintained and appear messy. This needs immediate attention. 5. **Facilities:** The hotel lacks an elevator. Since most guests are likely catching flights and carrying heavy luggage, this is a major inconvenience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Don't believe the picture posted showing just opposite to the Chandigarh airport. Its to cheat the public. The approach road is not there at all and to access hotel one has to take a gully. No parking facility. No lift facility at all and one has to carry the luggage by steps. Stinking rooms and bathroom. No cancellation policy and one will never get refund even if cancelled before 2 days. Don't waste time searching this hotel. Not worth even a pie.

Hotel guys helped us to stay in their hotel and provided better service and we were able to relax ourselves in a better way when compared to the facility at Airport. So thank u so much for the service.

One of the worst hotel stay experience we had, located in a gully like street, dusty entrance, right from reception we only saw junks and storage piled up, No lifts we had to climb 2 level up with luggages. Rooms were foul smelling, Bathroom taps leaky, no hot water, dirty beds and linens...they donot have any proper cancellation policies. So once you book you are trapped, else loose money and get out. Horrible donot get trapped looking at the pictures in site...

Excellent position just a few hundred metre from the airport Special mention the amazingly good behavior from all the staffs including the Manager Sir The cook kept himself awake till midnight to cook our food Just unbelievable gesture from all of them It's a 5 experience

It was bad experience to stay just a nite enroute to simla.dirty linens..no lifts..no bathroom locks and even our main road lock.pls don't ever give a try. The pics are not true. Waste of money .

Not what you see on website If you're travelling alone .. as a female this is not an option. Though nothing bad happened but it was akward to be alone. Accessibility : not at all accessible had rooms on first and second floor. No provision of lift Amenities are not of a hotels standard. Rubber broken slippers??
