Westend Hotel | Best Guest House & Hotel In Jalandhar

2 star hotel. Your family will not be happy if you take them here. Rooms with spider webs. The room boy is looking for money, after he gets never turns back. Morning 6 am no hot water facility. Simply asking to turn the tap to the left and wait for 10 mins. After 1 hr taking a bath in freezing water, I came to checkout. The pathetic manager is telling the same words to another customer over the phone call who was asking for hot water. 360 rupees for a panner tikka, not even a star hotel will charge you this much. The room is a little away from the highway. At least they gave the room heater, hence 2 stars.

Nice & clean hotel & very much approachable from Bus Stand. Friendly staff & Nice hospitality experienced. Mr.Rajesh Kumar is very friendly at reception service.

We were here at 1 AM and it was cold outside. The manager didn't even bother to come down at reception and open the closed door. When we called at his number, He told to pay 1800 rs for room. We told him to at least come to reception and fix the prices later as we have a baby and it's cold but even after that he didn't come. Such poor service and rude behaviour.
