This is located in the heart of the city and the hall is very spacious. One can organise kitty parties, marriage functions and farewells. This place being in the heart of the city, it is easily accessible and all the public and private transports can be used to reach here. The place is spacious and well ventilated. It has stairs and for specially abled people there is a provision of lift as well. Food was also delicious

Very nice bar and staff is very good , only the building required a spider cleaning to shine on jyoti chowk.

Room stay was average Hotel staff is not professional as they need to work on it Room service also needs-improvement Food is average in taste but if you love to have tea then please don't order here

Rooms were clean but a tad expensive,staff was co operative but.service was a little slow

I would like to suggest that the reception counter be air-conditioned for the comfort of guests during check-in and check-out procedures, especially during the summer months. The rooms are satisfactory, but it would be more comfortable if they had fans in addition to the air conditioning. I enjoyed my stay (10 hrs) at the hotel with my friends and found the services to be generally good. However, I cannot comment on the suitability of the hotel for families. The food at the hotel was delicious.

I have never ever seen this type of hospitality in any 2 Grade Hotels, Staff having no manners how to talk with customers. Specially Captain Mr. Rohit (I called him in the night approx 8:30 ask for 1 bread to send in my room with in 2 mins. again I called tell them send total 2 Breads then he replied me don't give order again & again give your all order at a single time) This type of attitude having their staff members. Totally worthless Stay. Negative Rating from my side.
