The Regent Park Hotel

I went there with a friend for drinks. Their drinks are nice. The ambiance is great. Initially, the service was excellent. However, as soon as a large family group arrived for a big dinner, all their servers completely ignored us very openly and started circling around just that large group (more tips!) We enjoyed the first half and felt very disappointed for the later half. Clearly, their staff and management need professional training. I would still recommend this place but not as the first choice. Go there only if you can't find anything better.

We have been in the Punjab for nearly 1 month and visited this cafe at the regent hotel in Jalandhar. It was very good, wood fired pizza, a mixed share plate of dips, bread and falafel (+ other) that was good for 3 adults, cold beer, great cocktails and very good coffee. Interesting menu that includes pasta, pizza, indian and plenty of other types of food. Attentive staff, food was served quickly. Nice setting.

The food is so tasty. The staff is very humble. The environment is very calm. Keep it up.

Worst for marraige services, too slow and lazy staff members, General Manager and staff can not handle more than 70 person marriage for sure. Go for another hotel for marriage.

Solid location in the heart of Jalandhar, came here in a short walk over from the WestCotta as part of a baarat for my friend who was getting married. The venue is absolutely beautiful and was done up spectacularly. The food was elite and didn't disappoint. The wedding was probably the highlight of my trip (except for the jaggo I went to at my friend's house the night prior). 5/5 would do it all over again!

Sorry but if you are looking for a hotel go for another option because recently there was one small function in which one room was given to me but 1. In the rooms there was no water bottle 2. Lamp was broken 3. No fresh towel 4. No dental kit was given But yeah the room was clean.. But on a personal level I will prefer different hotels.

I have spent here couple of days and must say that rooms are so spacious and the thing which I like the most is their parking.. damn so so large parking area and yes quite a nice place to get together with friends and family
