The Maya Hotel

We had a really lovely stay at the Maya Hotel in Jalandhar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. We especially enjoyed the food - fresh, tasty, and with great variety. The location was spot on too, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to others!

We had engagement ceremony at maya, It was a wonderful experience. The decoration was beautiful and the food was also very tasty and our guest really enjoyed it .||Special Thanks to Mr. DEEPAK who arranged and managed everything so well that we are enjoyed our function without any tension and burden.

We stayed at the Maya Hotel for our first wedding night many years ago, so we decided to revisit for our anniversary and refresh some special memories. Unfortunately, our experience this time was nothing short of disappointing. We opted for the evening buffet, but the service was appalling. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the food was served cold. When we pointed this out, it was simply reheated rather than freshly prepared. The lack of basic customer service skills from the management, particularly Rajesh Kumar, was shocking. Hospitality requires attentiveness and professionalism--qualities that were completely absent here. Sadly, this visit has erased any fond memories we had of this place. We will not be returning and certainly would not recommend it to others. A serious management overhaul is needed if they hope to improve.

Check in and check out was quick as I booked my room from MMT. |Room was clean. There were multiple mirrors of different size which were set in the room, so if there are 2 ppl stay in a room, can ready immediately at same time instead of waiting.||Card inserting slot was horizontal, usually, I have seen vertical slot to insert card in most of the hotels to turn on the lights, so i was little bit surprised as it took me 10-15 seconds to understand where and how to insert the card.||Staff was helpful and provided support quickly.|I had dinner and breakfast, Food was good in dinner and they had sufficient variety for vegetarians.||Most of the things were there in the room that a guest can use..|I suggest hotel to add a clean iron in hotel amenities aslo as when I asked for a iron , it was provided to me immediately but when I started ironing,it put black spot some where on my cloth. It seemed , iron was old and some burnt material was already on that.||Overall , it was a good stay. Hotel was near to Jalandhar City railway station and easily approachable.

I recently stayed at Maya Hotel in Jalandhar and had an outstanding experience. The hotel staff were amazing--special thanks to Mamta, Rohit, and everyone else on the front desk for their warm hospitality and attentive service. The food was a perfect 10/10, complementing the excellent customer service throughout my stay. I would also like to express my gratitude to Moneesh for going the extra mile. The rooms were spectacular, offering breathtaking views that made this the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Maya Hotel will undoubtedly remain my go-to choice for future visits.

First time i stayed at this hotel with my family and kids. Very nice staff .. well trained and always helpful. Food quality is top notch. My kids enjoyed every day we stayed here. MAHARANA SUITE is classic. Thank you guys

I recently visited Maya Hotel, and it was a great experience. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff was very welcoming. The lobby was beautifully designed, and the restaurant had a delicious menu. Though I didn't stay, the service and atmosphere impressed me. I would love to visit again!

Exellent hotel in Jalandhar. Next to the court complex and just about 1.5 km from bus stand. Rooms and hotel are kept very clean. The restaurant serves tasty food options for breakfast with few non vegetarian items included. The hotel is a little aged. We had issues with hot water twice. Once they were able to rectify it, but the second time, it never worked for a few hours. The rest of the facilities are all good.
