Fantastic overall experience. Very polite, professional and hospitable staff all round from reception, to the restaurant and the housekeeping staff. Great experience everytime at the restaurant/bar overseen expertly by Mr Bua Ditta and the entire restaurant team daily no matter who was present, the service was always superb. Also great service from Shakti in the housekeeping team

One of the worst customer service experience ever. Attendant is so adamant and was explaining policies over room keys and later on admits that I am short on cards for which I can only issue one then what was the need to make excuses and make client feel that they are asking for something out of blues.

We have been here for 3 days so far and service and food has been absolutely wonderful, manager of food hall Mr Dua Ditta makes sure every guest is well looked after personally,

We booked this hotel online and it looks very well in the pictures and when we checked in, we were welcomed by the reception and it was a easy check-in process The rooms are spacious and quite well maintained All the staff is very nice housekeeping and reception, especially ritika and shakti helped us throughout our stay! The location is also near bus stand and easily accessible must recommend hotel!!

Stayed here with friend in the suite rooms. Rooms were clean with temperature control present for the punjab winters. Food was delicious. Many options were there in buffet. Room service was helpful. Overall 5/5. Highly recommended.

First time I have ever stayed in a hotel by myself .First impressions the receptionist went out there way to greet me .Showed me to my room ,pool area restaurant. The cleanliness hospitality was excellent nothing was any trouble .Buaditta was the manager he went over and above to wellcome me the kindness nothing was any trouble .Sunny in the bar and restaurant recommend me wat food to try omg it was excellent .Everyone from waiters bar staff etc etc was unique

Our stay at the hotel has been very pleasant. Mr Bua Dutta has been great as we have travelled with a fussy child, he has made great suggestions for our child to eat. The hotel staff and been friendly and polite.
