Once the best hotel in Jalandhar I'm sure, it's sadly stuck in the same year it was opened. It's looking quite dated and tired with very little to no maintenance apparent especially in the rooms. As you can see from my photos, the bathroom in particular was very sub-par. Taking a shower almost seemed like a trial - felt like I needed another shower to get over taking a shower. Shudder. Oddly angled toilet was novel too, as was the toilet roll holder being more than an arms length away - most odd.|The wooden flooring in the room was badly scratched and large gaps were showing all along the length of the room in several places with some planks raised causing my toes to catch on the edges now and then.|There was a large chunk missing from the marble top of the coffee table exposing sharp edges which I nearly caught my fingers on when adjusting my chair.|Lighting is quite dull and not particularly bright, notable near the door area. And good luck trying to figure out how to turn off all the lights in one go when you're in bed - the only way was to turn the lamps off manually before lying down. On a safety note, the cord of the desk lamp was split exposing live wire and about to snap off too.|What's with all the loud club music playing constantly in the lifts and restaurants and garden? Headche-inducing at best, so annoying and not in keeping with the ambiance at whatsoever! I feel sorry for any guests with rooms by the lifts, you know they're on the way before the doors even open.|There was no noticeable cleaning of the floor either it seems. There was the same debris on the floor since I checked in, and never once heard a vacuum being used.|On a positive note, the bed was firm but relatively comfortable. The main restaurant is ok, though selection is limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at, but quality is good. Services of the staff is also great and all look to be trying to do their best.|Overall, for the prices being charged the place is sub-standard and is trying to still ride on the Radisson brand name and prestige it once had in the early 2000's.|This place could be exceptional if it undergoes a major overhaul and modernisation of the rooms...and stops playing that DREADFUL club music!

Quite an average hotel. The rooms are quite old, and the cleanliness is quite average. At breakfast, the tables were not clean. The staff is quite average, too. Would not like to stay here again. The hotel requires a complete makeover and the service needs to become a lot better for a good experience.

Was staying in a suite room so was spacious but vaccum cleaning can be done better. And the spa lady Simran knew her job but the whole spa has an ancient feel unlike the other radisson hotel but it's a good property in terms of garden space and swimming pool.

Very nice hotel and food was great. Evening dinner and cocktails in the bar were of a very high quality. We had an issue with the breakfast where service was terrible, we had no napkins or cutlery on the tables. no glasses for the juice and cold paratha. i had to complain to the manager as there were so many things wrong with the morning breakfast service from the average standard of staff there to help. The other good things covered up the mess we had with the breakfast.

As a long-time Prestige Club member, I've always appreciated the quality and service that once defined this place. Unfortunately, that standard has drastically declined in recent times. Over the past 3-4 visits--particularly during lunch--the service has been extremely poor. I must specifically mention that the female staff on duty during lunch hours have shown a clear lack of hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness. The delays are unacceptable, and the overall sense of management is missing entirely. Today's lunch experience was the tipping point. It's disheartening to see such a reputed establishment lose its charm due to untrained and indifferent service staff. While I've had many memorable meals here in the past, I can no longer recommend this place and will not be continuing my membership unless there is a serious improvement.

Very Nice and comfortable stay at Radisson Jalandhar. Really a top choice in the city and this the oldest hotel in the city still the perfect one. Their food is also very good, top notch services and their staff and their service is also commendable.

Radisson is the one of the oldest branded Hotel in Jalandhar since 20 years and still very well maintained. The staff of the Hotel are very old which shows the good loyalty of management and staff. The staff are very well educated and friendly.
