5 stars We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Jalandhar. I visited with my wife and son, and everything about the experience was excellent. As a new hotel, it has a very fresh, modern feel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The service stood out the most--every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. From check-in to housekeeping to the restaurant team, we felt genuinely well taken care of. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. Our son had so much fun swimming each day--it really added to the trip for us as a family. Food was another highlight. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Dinner had a wide range of options, and the freshly made pizzas from the proper pizza oven were a real treat. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be coming back.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and really well-kept. One of the highlights for me was spending time at Geoffrey's. It's a great spot to unwind with friends--cozy, laid-back, and the food is excellent. I'd especially recommend the Mediterranean platter--it was fresh, flavorful, and definitely a standout. Overall, a great experience.

The attention to detail is remarkable--especially the thoughtful touch of night-time room preparation, where plush slippers are carefully placed by the bedside for both me and my partner, reminiscent of a level of hospitality I experienced years ago but rarely find today. During my four-night stay, I also had the pleasure of hosting a family function at the hotel. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawlessly arranged, from securing a top-tier DJ, florist, and photographer at incredibly reasonable prices to curating an unforgettable ambiance. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, especially Manpreet, Lovepreet, and Gurjeet, for their outstanding service. A special mention to Chef Somu, whose dedication and culinary expertise made our event extraordinary. The banquet, featuring a customized menu of Italian, Chinese, Indian cuisine, and exquisite Rajasthani delicacies, was nothing short of spectacular. He even crafted a specially designed cake that was not only exactly what I had envisioned but far exceeded my expectations. Park Plaza Jalandhar has truly set a benchmark in luxury and hospitality. I would confidently rate it beyond five stars and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unparalleled experience. We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Hotel Park Plazza, Jalandhar. Everything was just perfect -- from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food. Probably the whole of hotel is amazing at the service. I would like to share special mention for the staff at the restaurant at level 1. The order specifics were always followed and delay for the food was minimal.||Also room cleaning staff like Sunaina and Reena performed good and quick cleaning.

Stayed at Park Plaza for a weekend getaway--really impressed. The staff was genuinely warm, rooms were spotless, and the location made everything easy. Loved the breakfast too. Would stay again.

I booked room for my friend here. They dint like the rooms. But food is good. Service was good. However they did not give any discount even for Radisson reward members they denied that they can not give discount, strange!! People at this hotel need training and proper education on Radisson rewards benefits!!
