Park Inn by Radisson Jalandhar

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The check-in was made seamless by Ms. Bhoomi and Ms. Garima, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel instantly welcome. Special thanks to Mr. Sudhanshu Gupta and Mr. Nawab The rooms are beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Dining experience too, is made very homely by the F&B staff - Mr. Piyush, Mr. Amit ,Mr. Nitin , Ms. Gagandeep, Masoom bhaiya , and Mr. Manjeet , Mr. Harish. Our stay at this hotel repeatedly is because of these courteous people only. What truly stood out was the impeccable service--attentive, friendly, and always exceeding expectations. This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson! The rooms were absolutely fantastic -- spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, making it easy to explore nearby areas. The food was top-notch, with incredible flavors that left a lasting impression. However, the service at the restaurant was a bit slow and could use some improvement but taste was amazingly delicious. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Jalandhar!

Excellent service from staff in Restaurant especially Gagandeep, Priya and Maninder. I feel cooks need to ensure meals are delivered complete not in parts. Rooms very good but fridges not cold enough to cool water and drinks. Receptionists polite and helpful. Would definitely come and stay here again. No gym facilities eventhough advertised.

I've updated my rating to 4 stars due to the slow service. It took over 30 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes just to receive tea. While I appreciate that the food is freshly prepared, the wait times were longer than expected. There was also an issue with my order being incorrect, which was quite frustrating and added further delays. However, the staff did make an effort to address the mistake, which I genuinely appreciate. That gesture is why I'm still giving 4 stars. ------ Day before: Priya and nishita, thank you for the Wonderful service. My entire family loved eating the buffet here. Every dish was delicious. You can get better vegetarian options than here. I loved that their starters, they served it only freshly cooked. It was amazing

We hosted our wedding events at the hotel on Feb 28th and March 1st, and the experience was truly top class. The rooms were excellent, and the food and decor services exceeded all expectations. A special thanks to Manesh, Harish, Jasprit, and Sandhya ji for their exceptional hospitality and for taking such great care of our guests throughout the celebrations.

The service was top notch, the rooms were clean and the food was so delicious. The staff was so helpful and good that he felt like home there. A special mention to Mr. Sudhanshu and Nababul, they both made our stay comfortable and worth the experience

Hi I had a wonderful experience staying one night in Parkinn Jalandhar. The staff was very friendly specially Priya who was attending me during breakfast time and omelette served by chef Ankit was also very presentable and tasty. I would highly recommend if someone is in Jalandhar make sure to check in here to have an amazing experience.

Excellent experience!!! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast fresh and testy. Staff very helpful. Finally I found place where I want stay longer. Form me the best hotel in Jalandhar city. I hope the place will not change in the future
