Food - very good delicious Service - good Rooms - ok Staff is very nice in behavior, friendly nature

Its a fair price hotel but food is very expensive

Rooms I don't visit but the service location I give 4 star but the food is good

Very memorable saty. Very courteous and friendly staff. Each and every facility was top class. May be the restaurents services could be little more speedier. One more suggestion is if the hotel can provide disposable slippers especially during the winter season. I would love to stay again. Cheers to team Red Petal.

I arrived 11 pm got to my room and the room was not clean ! Called house keeping and they did very quickly change the sheets etc . After a long flight wasn't really what I wanted however is cheap place and was ok for one night only .||I would return if travelling alone .

Rooms are good, Food quality is good

Amazing hospitality at even the odd hours. Cleanliness, well maintained rooms, genuine, cooperative hospitality staff. The rooms are exactly like their pictures on the website. Essential facilities to make your stay comfortable are available like electric kettle, geyser, blankets...

Hotel management is strong. And breakfast is good as well.
