We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house for 2 days with my family. The property was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and we enjoyed every moment. Our host Upkar was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

I stayed at Mere Bebe Da Villa from February 7 to 9, 2025, with a group of 13 adults and 2 infants. While the villa has some good features, there were several issues that impacted our overall experience. Ambience & Cleanliness The lighting in the lawn area was amazing, creating a nice vibe for gatherings. However, cleanliness was disappointing--one of the bed sheets even had blood stains. The villa promised housekeeping after day one, but no mopping was done in the rooms. They did clean the washrooms, but garbage was not cleared from the dustbins, which was inconvenient. Comfort & Amenities The villa has two big rooms and one small room, but they did not initially provide enough blankets and mattresses. I had to repeatedly ask the caretaker before we got what we needed for the night. The lawn was a good space with proper seating, but there is no car parking, which could be an issue for guests traveling by car. Service & Basic Facilities One of the biggest concerns was the lack of clear communication about basic facilities. For example: * Water supply issues: One of our guests was mid-shower when the water ran out completely. I had to search for and turn on the water pump. * Low water pressure on the top floor: Later, we discovered that there was a switch we had to turn on for proper water flow--this should have been communicated in advance. * No instructions were given about switches or utilities, which made things unnecessarily confusing. Food & Catering The villa does not have an in-house kitchen and we have arrange our own catering. If you're planning a stay, make sure to ask them for a proper space for catering in advance. Important Tip: Get Everything in Writing One major issue we faced was that the villa owners denied prior discussions about certain agreements. To avoid miscommunication, ask them to confirm all discussions via email or message. Final Verdict The villa has potential with its good lawn space and ambience, but the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and missing basic services made our stay frustrating at times. If the management improves these aspects, it could be a much better experience. For now, I'd recommend staying here only if you're ready to manage things yourself. Rating: (3/5)

One of the finest properties you can get with value for money and icing on the cake is the warm welcome and Hospitality from the family owning it. The spacious villa with the enormous lawn area is simply amazing. Wonderful property for large families to crash comfortably. The homely feeling at this property is beyond words. I would personally recommend this to all my family and friends.

I stayed last month at Mere Bebe da Villa with my family, the overall experience was very fantastic. Rooms was well equipped and very classy. My whole family enjoyed alot at this place. And big thanks to the owner Mr. Upkar singh nd his family for making my stay comfortable. I will recommend to everyone for this place..

Stayed here for 2 days from 22nd Jan to 24th. Place is spacious with huge lawn area . My kids enjoyed their time playing . I'm thankful to the owner who made our stay beautiful n amazing. Will see u soon next year.
