Mariton Hotel, Jalandhar

We had a wedding functions there and had about 54 rooms booked for 2 day events very good service provided by the staff. Had bit confusion with the room allotment but was settled down. Great location with plenty of parking. Food options Great specially breakfast was very good. Over all Great experience with budget friendly. We used Main hall Emperor for wedding day, Chancellor for DJ and cocktail party, roof top pool area for Haldi ceremony, all good experience. There they have beauty parlor service was not so good mostlytraining staf,,expensive they quoted different rate what they charged. More over over occupied not happy at all.

Excellent experience rated 5out of 5. Room was well equipped. The lighting is awesome. The bed was soft and of king size. The rest room is also well equipped. Hotel provide in room services. Food is also healthy and tasty. The services were provided as soon as possible they can. The staff members were soft spoken

Great hotel. Few teething problems, but it is a relatively new hotel, which is totally understandable. There pool is great. With some great views. Staff are excellent and so is the food.

Very poor service by restaurant, food is okay but what kind of restaurant doesn't have a draught beer? Your coupon booklet is basically worthless if you don't provide what is mentioned in it. Service is very slow as well. Pool is under maintenance. Owner should take some action as the property is very nice but it shows lack of proper leadership and if the customers can't see a change soon , there's another hotel right next to your property coming soon.

Very nice stay, food was very tasty, cooperative staff , I personally recommended this hotel to get complete stay and satisfactions, Ambiance was really awesome. We are quite satisfied with the whole environment.. The hotel is well equipped with each and every stuff..

A bit disappointed with this hotel, had a suit here, the fridge had to be replaced because it wasn't cold, the shower tray leaked resulting in the whole bathroom floor becoming wet. The hairdryer over heated within a minute, I was told by their engineer it was normal and just overheating. He later admitted (once I advised him i work in the property industry) that it was faulty and they didn't have anything to replace it with. I needed a taxi and a member of the front desk tried to put me through to a taxi driver he knew, who quoted PS15 (converted in sterling), i decided to go with uber who quoted PS1.57 (lesson there is book your own taxi). The breakfast were very helpful especially the manager there.

Very nice ambience, courteous staff, excellent Room service..Neat and vlean rooms...great food and specially The manager MrAkash was very helpful...Will definetly Visit again...Thanks everyone

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was shockingly rude and arrogant -- zero sense of customer service. Basic facilities like cold drinking water weren't even available. It's unbelievable that a hotel can't provide something so simple. To top it off, the valet service damaged my car and the management didn't even bother to take responsibility or help resolve the issue. Absolutely disgraceful. Save yourself the trouble -- avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced, poorly managed and total let down
