One Of the Worst Experiences With The Property Apart The Manager Was Too Much Rude 3 Rooms Booked And Requested just To Meet My Friend they were Like Sir No Visitors Allowed Its Strange To Have Such Policy thats Too In Day Time Were I have Ready To Submit My IDs Apart its Was An Corporate Booking Request To Please Avoid We Have Much Good And Supreme Property Like Mariton with Much More Good facilities and Better Rules For Sure Poor Experience

I recently attended a function at Prime Regalia Hotel, which is located at BSF Chowk, adjoining the well-known Hotel Ambassador. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, particularly regarding the food. I would give the food a big ZERO, not even 1 star. The food was served at room temperature, which means it was cold, not even warm. For a hotel that is associated with a reputable name like Hotel Ambassador, I expected much better quality and service. I hope they can improve in the future.

Good hotel for stay purpose. Didn't try much of services. Rooms are decent in size. Morning buffet menu is good.

Hotel Prime Regalia hotel is located very near NH44 area of jalandhar near cantt and a must visit for everyone. The hotel has some amazing hospitality and well maintained rooms. Rooms are decently spacious and clean. They are well maintained by housekeeping staff. Washrooms have hot water facilities. The food menu is very extensive and caters to all categories of veg and non veg items but on the higher side with average cuisine cost above 500/- but no doubt food was tastly.Lifts for elderly people available.

It was a good experience to visit there. It's good for a family or business celebration. I attended a party in the sterling room (first floor). The venue was easy to find. Parking space is quite enough. Valet parking is another facility they offer which is quite usual though.

Pleasant staff, safe for women, neat and tidy and tasty food! Highly recommend!

The trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you to all the team for all the great hospitality. I will look forward to coming again on my future visits to India from the UK.
