Hotel President

I stayed at this hotel for a night during my All India Road Trip. The hotel is well made and gives the feeling of a 3/4 star hotel. Hotel has valet parking which is right outside the hotel. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Food is exorbitantly priced, though I was given some discount coupons for food by reception during check-in. They had a menu in the room which was called 'One Plate Wonder'. This was essentially a combo meal with 2 options in Veg and 2 options in non veg. We requested them to make a veg combo from the non veg option and ordered one more veg option. But what was delivered to room was only the veg option. When I called room service the lady confirmed that the person who took the order wrote down both combos in notepad but entered only one in order-sheet! We considered this as a human error and let go. Moreover the quantity was good for 2 people so we did not insist on second item which got missed. But the food itself was absolutely mediocre. Such food is available in some foodcourt of a mall. It definitely was not a 4star hotel standard and not worth Rs. 600/- Even for breakfast the food was not enjoyable. Overall stay was comfortable but food was not enjoyable. One star less for the food.

I was deeply disappointment with the customer service I received at the venue during what was supposed to be one of the most auspicious days of my life. Unfortunately, the behavior of your staff cast a shadow over the entire experience. From the moment my family arrived, it was clear that the focus of the staff was not on providing quality service, but rather on extracting money from guests. Shockingly, even at valet parking, staff members demanded payment and stood in front of the vehicle, refusing to let it move unless money was given--something they had no right to do, especially under the guise of a ceremonial occasion. It appears there is a mutual understanding between staff and management where the staff are not paid regular wages but are instead encouraged to earn through these unethical means. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, when my photographer asked the front desk for assistance with lighting, they were completely ignored. Basic requests that should be part of any event service were disregarded. I would never consider hosting another event at your venue, nor would I recommend it to anyone. It is truly disheartening to face such treatment, especially from our own people, on such a meaningful day.

Very expensive , staff behaviour was also not good , have to leave the table without having dinner , food was very bad , bad ambience, all the costumers were disturbed, everyone was complaining , mojito was having stale mint and it was black in colour and lemon was also stale , the staff were fighting with each other and their voice was coming to us , I will never come to such bad hotel, only name was good that it is president otherwise it is very bad hotel . Plz I request to people to don't come to this hotel .

Disappointing & Unpleasant Dining Experience Unfortunately, The soup & snacks and Additionally, the service was slow and inattentive, resulting in a frustrating dining experience overall. I had high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant to others based on my experience as I felt very disappointed. Dinning staff is not cooperating and some time harassing

Had a good stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, Food was good in taste.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Only one improvement needs at front desk as they need to become a welcoming staff but it was missed and i observed at the time of Check in and Check Out

We have very good experience in hotel president jalandhar .. Food quality was not too good but still rooms very good and also good cleanliness We were visit again soon

Location: Can easily locate from the road. Ambience: Ambience was good. Rooms: Rooms are specious with all necessary amenities. Elevator: Elevator was available and was working. Restaurant: Restaurant based on first floor with ample seating capacity. Food: Food was good and served in time. Staff: Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Parking: Limited parking space available inside. You can park vehicle outside on road also. Digital payment: Except all digital payments including Gpay Overall, good option to stay in Jalandhar.

Spent one night here. The room is small but cozy however the bathroom has no bathtub. The on pay basis mini bars were the only things well stocked. Apart from it, no dental kit, shampoo container empty, no slipper. We entered around 3:am and the security was happily pointing us that the entry was roped away and to enter from another point instead of at least getting up and helping us in. My room was booked a day in advance and I had informed the hotel about the delay. Thankfully someone was awake at the reception but the room and service needs major improvement.
