Hotel O Rajmahal

The hotel rooms are average .. not same and clean as shown in picture.. the door locks are all broken .. hotel staf is very rude .. the hot water tap is not working The management at the court the slim... guy behaviour is very rude .. there is no drinking water factory. The hotel is not safe if u are staying alone and not for women. The security in not good

Do not be decieved by the photos or the ratings. It's the worst hotel. The rooms are bad. Especially, the restrooms you won't imagine, the worst of its kind.

Do not recommend to anyone who's looking to go to this hotel with family or even alone staff is very unprofessional and aggressive miss leading people on agoda or another websites . Please be safe don't go there

The experience was horrible. Third rate rooms with smelly bedding... Leaky faucets in bathroom.. Rude staff...

You can stay here for one night. The rooms are not keeping clean, attitude of the main staff and are a bit rough towards the tourists

Note : Reply of Room attendant was not upto the mark. I booked a room for the night stay. It looks great inside as well as outside situated on prominent location. Everything was going ok but I was shocked by the unprofessional response of room attendant. He simply denied the request for replacement of shabby bedsheet. Hopefully, Maybe they correct their undue service next time.

The room was terrible, the walls were stained the TV didn't turn on, the bathroom door wasn't closing properly, there was no geezer in the bathroom, and even the tap didn't turn on. The location was decent.

The first morning we had an unexpected breakfast delivered to our room, we didn't request this and staff barged in and placed it on the table. When we explained we didn't want it, the staff said we ordered it and had to pay for it! After arguing with the staff, they eventually took it away. Staff members are also very loud all throughout the day. The second morning we were woken up at 7am and again at 8am by staff to check whether our room had hot water. Staff would barge into the room very often without knocking. Only upside was the location. There was no hot water for 2 days, the first day they told us the geiser had been switched off and it would be available in the morning. In the morning they said they were having issues so they brought a bulb with a plug to heat up the bucket of water. Avoid!
