Lazy staff...rooms were not clean ..no space for ventilation...AC was not working.. washrooms were not cleaned properly and toilet seat was broken.. bedsheet was not clean neither their pillow covers....idk why there are so good reviews of this hotel on oyo..they have shared the photos of the clean rooms but in actual rooms were too dirty ...not at all good experience..not going to visit again .. the cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark... total wastage of money ..and too costly according to the room ..

I booked this hotel room from oyo.when reached here with my family at 12:15 pm receptionist misbehaved too much. I have not felt safe staying with family although I have payed advance to oyo which was even not refunded or shifted to other oyo hotel. Don't book this hotel and don't trust oyo.

The worst and the most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, mould everywhere, dirty bedsheets had to ask staff to change them while i was standing there. I left after a few hours. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Bad night staff they don't have etiquettes

Worst experience, unnecessary rules, they ask advance payment during check IN, no matter for how long u will stay, even guy on reception force u to follow their rules. Their rooms were just ok, not that much clean, even toilet seats r totally unsatisfied, no lock inside toilets. Instead of providing service they focused on outer beauty of hotel. Be very alert specially while u are booking online.

The room service was fantastic. The staff member treated me and my family so well. I felt I'm living in my own house the way they treated us. This was one of the best hotel I've visited so far.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for a total of 4days and we had a safe and pleasant stay. I would like to personally commend Guru the manager for being very accomodating and professional , when we requested for something he will always say. "I WILL PROVIDE" and he did!!...If you are looking for a safe hotel in jalandhar i would really recommend this hotel. :)
