verpriced and Poor Service One of the biggest issues I faced was regarding decorations. I had specifically requested the hotel to arrange decorations for a special occasion, but instead of accommodating the request or offering reasonable solutions, they immediately asked for extra charges. This felt unfair because such services are often included or at least reasonably priced in good hotels. The staff was not cooperative and seemed more focused on making extra money rather than ensuring guest satisfaction. Apart from this, the overall service was below expectations. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark, and basic amenities were either missing or not properly maintained. When I reached out to the management to discuss my concerns, they showed no interest in resolving the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they were unwilling to listen to customer feedback. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in every aspect. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are looking for good service and a hassle-free experience. There are definitely better options available."

Location is on highway that is why people stay here for emergency. Room space is good but, there is no ventilation in the bathroom all the bad smell comes in your room. The sounds of other rooms and the commotion in the gallery also come into your room. If there is a party going on here, it is difficult to stay in the room. The curtain of our room was broken at one corner so the outside light was coming in at night so it was a bit difficult to sleep. On asking, we got wet towels, saying that the laundry could not be done properly. There is no service to bring and carry the luggage, they say the staff is less. They only make tea and food comes from outside. There is no guard at night to tell where to park the vehicle. Accordingly, the room rent here is more than Leo Fort Hotel which is in the city and their service is also good, yes their rent is also less than that and there is no noise in the room while there is more crowd and there are also more parties.

They managed our marriage function very well and the food was delicious, very cooperative staff.

Room service very poor . I checked in at 4 pm and asked them to spray perfume ( as room was smelly ) & give water bottle but no one came even after 1 hour to do that or give water . As I was tired I slept early and asked again for water bottle at 6:15 am in morning and I was told by reception that staff had not come yet so you have to wait . But as we were thirsty we had to go out of hotel to buy water bottle .

We have very good experience in parties here hall so nice I love decoration in my ring cere. mony and food also awesome and yummy

Last days stay in hotel it's was great experince food was tasty service also good it's was great experince it's very near to Amritsar Highway so good to stay always in night also
