Hotel Dolphin

The ambience was not good. The waiters were not knowing about the dishes which are in the menu itself. There is smell coming from the kitchen into the dining hall. The quality of food was not good. I will regret this visit because I wasted my time. There was no freshness in the food. Overall, it was far worse than ever expected.

Dolphin Hotel and Restaurant is a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the vegetarian options which are bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome and well-cared for. The washrooms are spotless, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the establishment. The ambience is perfect for a relaxing meal, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Very bad behaviour! Mr.Harish ! How to behave with client ! How to attend a client ! He does not know ! Rude behaviour ! He doesn't know value of client!

Stayed twice over a couple of weeks with family - 5 days in two rooms and 2 days in 3 rooms. We traveled from the UK, so didn't know what to expect - it was all good in the end.||The great:- The hotel was convenient as it was close to family and also in the middle of the town. Staff were attentive(a tip driven culture) and helpful and most of all the hotel was clean.|The not so great:- the breakfast could have been better and you need to ask for the rooms to be serviced over a longer stay. Rooms at Front can be noisy, and pigeons on air conditioners are a pain in the morning, but not as much as the local temple reciting prayers at 6 am.||Overall, we loved this hotel and the staff.

The room which they gave us was on 4th floor and Elevator not working since last two months, services are very pathetic. When I checked in and i asked for drinking water and the receptionist told me that they will provide within 5 minutes and later after 15 minutes or more i called them again and then the receptionist was again assured me that i will receive the water within minutes. But i didn't received the water for next one hour and then i called them again and then they provided me the water after so much of arguments. I will not advice anybody to stay there because of their pathetic service.

Excellent Staff with Desk Manager Day and Night services. Great and Tasty Foods serving with very smiling and fresh mood by Room services staff always. Specially appreciated to Morning breakfast variable Menu.

I stayed there for 2 days and it was very cold so i asked for an extra blanket and the reception asked me to adjust with the room heater and later after an hour or more i called them again and then the receptionist was changed and he assured that i will receive the blanket within minutes. But i didn't received the blanket for next one hour and then i called them again and then they provided me the blanket after so much of arguments. I will not advice anybody to stay there because of their pathetic service.

Inspite of being one of the oldest hotels in city they have never disappointed the guests for the service nor their mouth watering delicious food items. Its one of my favourite for their quick service and delicious food. Butter chicken and chilli chicken are one my favourites. For some the menu could be expensive but the quantity and quality they offer is just amazingly delicious. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I went with my wife and kids and enjoyed our food
