Branded guest house

Worst Hotel i have ever stayed... The Owner was Very Polite on Phone... But the 2staff members(Bhaiyyeee/Bagdi/Bihari) who were on duty were absolutly pathetic... Room was pathetic....bedded was like a randikhana....used torn....and blankets were smelly I asked the staff wala bihari boy to change my blanket thrice but he even provided me with that.... Uffff Request to owner kindly change these bhaiiyaaas who are managing this property... Very Very Bad experince

First of all , we had asked for an early check in but still we had to wait for them to open the gate. When we said about our online reservation, they said that they don't take them and firstly made me pay and then he kept on asking if I will be staying for the night.. I mean it is obvious that I'll be staying! That is why we booked an hotel!! And the room maintenance was okay , the washroom wasn't properly maintained. They haven't even provided water bottles in room , during our stay a police has come to verify, so I'm guessing something is wrong with the hotel. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

It is a hotel not meant for families at all. To the owner: Instead of calling my review as fake, you are required to visit your hotel room first and try to rectify all the shortcomings that I had already pointed out in my review. For your reference, let me post the shortcomings again: unhygienic, uncomfortable, dirty room's linen etc. Also, check day before yesterday's check in list in your register (if you even care to maintain), the name of Vikas katal for the authentication of my review.

I booked this hotel from agoda app for a day. I reached there by 12 midnight for an exam, and the attendant refused to open the door. Kept on asking if I've booked the room and demanded more money. Then after talking to the manager, he let us in and said that you've to vacate room first thing in the morning and refused to give me the key. Even the condition of room is very bad. The ac was not working, they have put third class ac and when I asked to change the room, the attendant was nagging. Again, after talking to manger he had to do so. Manager kept on saying that bhaiya Khali krna Hai and Humein aage dena hota h even after the standard check out this me being 11 am, he insisted me. Overall, the stay was bad, and the staff is not at all responding. And now, for sure Mr manager will say that this is fake and would like to defame people. But Mr manager, agar nhi hota to kyu chala rahe ho?

The overall experience was wonderful, the rooms were very well maintained and clean. Also I really appreciate the staff behavior. I look forward to staying with you again.

AC was not working. Dirty bedsheets. Poor service. and the receptionist named Ankit , he was drinking alcohol at evening on the reception desk and he was so high that he was not able to speak and walk properly. Overall dont go here with family or with your partner. wrost experience.

I stayed here for one night going for my SSB so i had no intention of picking a nice and comfortable place. It was an okay low budget stay. Just sharing.

Only downer being the location, in that it is far from city center.. however it makes up by being terribly close to the cantt station. Lovely people and hospitality and even little and big glitches were overlooked because of the friendly nature of the people... Decent rates and good rooms.
