Best Western Summerlea

We had an almost perfect stay at this property. This hotel is located on the main road and has ample parking for about 30-40 cars. The property is well maintained. The rooms were clean and slick, with shiny wooden flooring. We stayed in executive category rooms which were spacious. Washroom was clean and we had no problem with the hot water bath as well. Basic amenities such as dental kit are not present by default, but can be asked for if required. Buffet spread was good, and every item was delicious. They have a very strict cutoff time of 10:30am though. Just faced a single issue that the flush system was weak for room 502, and had to flush couple of times. It was a bit set-off. The property has a gym. However, swimming pool is missing. The staff is very courteous. Bar is available on the ground floor. It also hosts a banquet hall. For the price, I would highly recommend this property.

The best part was. We reached around late night 12 and there was no food which was available. I did genuinely request them to give me anything that they have in the kitchen and to my surprise they did helped me having and amazing dinner before dozing off for sleep. They have good breakfast as well. Worth it.

One of the best property of the town. Food was delicious and breakfast spread was very good. Staff is very professional and always on the toes to help us. Cleanliness of the property is top notch and rooms are well maintained. Will surely recommend this hotel.

Good location. Good food. However housekeeping was quite disappointing , washbasin blocked in 404 , intercom not working in 405 room. Ultimately had to change room. Front desk was cooperative but somehow their communication with housekeeping failed.. |Hope for a better experience next time.

You cannot use the lift without the Hotel Person's card. Everytime you have to use the lift even for changing the floors, you have to go to Ground floor and call the hotel person for acees to your floor. Lot of time is wasted in using the lift. Even Five Star hotels don't do this. Thumbs down to them for this type of access to lift. Will never stay in this kind of property where no ccess to lift is given.

Best hotel at jalandhar city .|Specially Mr Lokesh g ,Housekeeping top notch services , housekeeping excellent cleaning ,all supplies were there .|Food is also very tasty ,breakfast buffet do have lot of options which is wow .|I really recommend to all my frinds who frequently visit jalandhar to stay at best western summerla .

Excellent service given by front desk.there gesture and services was upto mark.food quality was super duper .excellent services given by whole hotel team . My stay was very peaceful and planning to host ny coming events to this property... more over decoram and ambiance of entire property was outstanding...
