I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The washrooms were being used by non-customer. It's frustrating to see a lack of management over basic facilities. This definitely impacted my stay negatively, and I expected better from a place that's supposed to prioritize its guests. Won't be recommending this hotel unless they step up their game."

Hotel is not on good location. We were there for event booking and Manager did not good behaviour, he was not Kind with us we felt that we are not respectable people over there..he is showing attitude..the name of Manager is Vikram. He thinks we are illetrate Punjabis but he does not have pace to attend the customers I do not know who has appointed him on this respectful position. I am event manager and we had organized a event in 2018 at Hotel AGI inn at that time the staff was very kind.

Location is lil odd..prices are average..food is good...employes behaviour is good...rooms have not much space..one problem is , whole family cannot sleep in one room as per their rule..this condition is not inpressive..

Good service and delicious food is being served. Loved this place.

Great hotel. Staff were mostly nice apart from one lady on reception who was rude. Room was huge, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was large and hot water was good. A/C was good. WiFi was not so great. Breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer. Location was good.

My guest stayed here, they really liked the place. The rooms were clean, however, no toiletries were available there. Parking space can be limited depending on the time of the day. An optional breakfast buffet is also available. Overall, good hotel to stay!

Hotel is good and maintained well. If you are travelling in train then the location is good, but if you are travelling by car then it is very congested and there is no proper car parking.
