AB Clarks Inn Jalandhar

Rooms were clean n everything was working properly but room service was bit slow like they took 1hr to respond other than that everything was super cool food n all but but it's really difficult to find uber Rapido cabs in Jalandhar it was so hectic and the riders always overcharged for rides like i booked 4-5 times ride n all the time i got to pay around double the price said. Btw I stayed there for a half day as I had bus at night. Stay was very comfortable n relaxing for sure.

I booked for an executive room (the biggest and most expensive). The front receptionist gave a deluxe room (the cheapest room they have). I did get moved to the correct room when I complained but this shouldn't have happened to begin with. This is a "for locals" type hotel. If you want the best Jalandhar has to offer, I would book Radisson and nothing else. Key issues: They turned off the AC from the back end. Deluxe rooms are tiny. There was no window in room 114. All rooms stink. You have to keep the AC on to air out the room. BOTTLED WATER IS CHARGEABLE. They do NOT provide more than 2 Kinley bottles a day. The free water they provide is some crap RO water. Do NOT drink hotel RO water here in India. It is not safe. The executive room did not have toilet paper, had to pester housekeeping repeatedly for basic amenities. The executive room is otherwise good. Do not book deluxe. The claustrophobia is not worth it, seriously.

The receptionist was quite humble and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast had a quite a vast spread and coffe machine gad good cappuccino

We had our function here at AB Clarks Inn and managed by Mr Ashwani Patial, everything was fine, food was delicious and service was also good. Recommended for event as well rooms also good neat and clean. Keep up the good work.

After a few nights, our stay at AB Clarks Inn has come to an end. How was our experience? Overall, pretty good! The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the mattresses are great. The shower was excellent, so the room itself was definitely not an issue. The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing. The selection mainly consisted of South and North Indian dishes, which makes sense, of course. But having fried food with lots of spices every morning became a bit much for us--especially for my parents. After a few days, I even started craving a simple grilled cheese sandwich. They do make an omelet for you if you ask, though. The biggest downside was the noise. In Punjab, it seems common to book a hotel for wedding receptions, and since hotels have large, open halls, this comes with loud music--until at least midnight, even on weekdays. The past three nights were far from peaceful. I discussed this with the manager, Mr. Vinod Zutshi, who was very friendly and took my feedback well. The staff, in general, was extremely kind and helpful. One thing to note: the hotel does not have wheelchair access. Four staff members had to carry my mom and her wheelchair up the stairs. My final verdict? A solid 7/10. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but only with younger people and not with my parents, who prefer to sleep early and without noise. Other than that, it's a nice, clean, and decent hotel!

Rooms very comfortable, you have all facilities you require in a room that you require. Staff very accommodating to your needs, I was happy with the service they provided me. Location is in ideal, as you have access to different parts of the city. Only thing I would like to say,they need to cater for people with different allergies eg separate Gluten free menu.

We had a great time here the room was spacious including all amenities. The staff is too cooperative and polite, location is great I love to visit again in future.

Nice place to stay. Excellent service and reasonable tariff too.
