My stay at this hotel was great. The people working there were friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The room we stayed in was comfortable. Everything in the room was clean and hygienic. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and they had lots of different kinds of food to choose from. The entire hotel staff was very patient and catered to all our needs in a timely manner with immense patience. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely go back again!

We had stay here with family for 2 days. The staff were really co-operative and the rooms were spacious and clean. I really recommended this hotel who love to experience luxury in affordable budget. Food quality of hotel is superb. Thanks to Sheridan Inn for making my stay memorable.

Immediately at checkin the staff were argumentative due to poor communication about payment. They tried to overcharge us. We reluctantly stayed at the hotel where we had booked 2 rooms. There was no hot water. There was a hole under the window about which staff argued before moving me. There was an extraordinarily long wait for dinner and breakfast with courses arriving out of order. |We checked out earlier than planned because it was not anything like described on booking.com. A very sub standard hotel. Equivalent of a UK 1* The hotel themselves said they did not cater for internal guests.

Wonderful service, very clean rooms and we'll kept hotel. Staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were always clean and the food was delicious. Upper Deck 47 resturant also was amazing. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Stay was comfortable.Hotel ambience and rooms layout is beautiful. Good quality was good moreover service staff was more humble and quick enough to serve customers. Once again thanks to Mr Ajay Rana and Ms Kiran for providing best service.

Just 2 turn offS. ..... FOOD PRICES. ... AND Televisions. Don't know why the management did the cost cutting on led TVs. Food is overpriced. Room menu should be affordable and according to the occupant numbers.
