I visited this hotel eith my family for vacation and i enjoyed there.I also recommended this hotel to my family and friends.This Hotel stands out as one of the highly recommended hotel in jalandhar.Luxury hotel offering exceptional hospitality services..The rooms in the hotel are well-maintained, ventilated and clean and come with comfortable bed linens..Good price according to your budget..Food quality is good..Family friendly environment.The warm and supportive staff.. Perfect view.the hotel maintains exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and practices to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests..Each room is equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen televisions to meet the needs of the guests.this hotel is very much popular among the tourists and local people. A smooth check-in/check-out process, flexible policies and friendly management garner great customer satisfaction for this hotel.I was enjoyed there.Neat and clean bathrooms.Good atmosphere.Great view.

I didn't visit the rooms , just there for the business meet . But as per the hall , maybe they will be good . So , must visit for business meetings , get togethers and family celebrations.

Worst rooms, checked in with no hot water checked out fifteen minutes later couldn't sleep because of smell and weird beds.. ended up paying 1800 for 15 minutes.. worst service dont come to this nasty smelly place

Front office staff was good and food also good and room neat and clean all over 5* rating visit again

Rooms are very good, location is very good, food is also very good, service is very good, staff is very good all services are excellent Deserves five star rating

The place is ok type. The floors are old. Laundry service is fine. Cleanliness can be done better. Food is below average in taste and quality. Stay if no better option available if staying solo. For family, not recommended.

Overall it was an excellent experience . The staff was cheerful n service was excellent. Value for money. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and polite. They became like family. Anything you would ask for was not too much of a problem. Would definitely stay again. From the UK, felt right at home

Worst experience ever the staff behaviour was so bad with us even they try to fight with us and threat us to use our adhar card in wrong way i request you never visit (hotel owner pls change your night staff)
