Great hotel! We stayed here for 5 days attending a weeding being hosted near by. The staff were nice and food at the restaurant close by was really good. (Can also be ordered as room service). Only down site was no hot water when showering. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's service is pathetic and by far the worst I have ever come across. Rooms are dirty with termites, bed bugs and other insects. Bathrooms are same. There is no concept of service and the staff are unmotivated and blame the management for all the issues. The manager, Mukesh Mishra, only advises that issues will be fixed in the future - no action or initiative to resolve/improve the service. Be prepared for insects in your bags/suitcases. Charging points don't work. Phone/intercom don't work. Worth zero stars.

Book this place if you want get embarrassed in front your guest. Worst service and quality provided by staff.

Maha ghatiya hotel, intercom not working, rudest GM ever, if he cant pick a call in night then he should not be given the numbers on Google for enquiry, smelly rooms, towels are in paethetic condition, only positive thing is calm front desk staff. I will go 3stars why becoz it was available at night 2am Staff was friendly and nice Ample of car park Mobility access for wheel chair Spacious rooms Toilet and bathroom cleaning I would say 6 out of 10 Complimentary tea coffee in the room They only managed get us 1 heater out of three room. I would say good stay overnight !

Everything was 1 star from a charging board which was not working properly to window which had no latch to close and we were shivering from cold. No quality and nothing was good. Rooms are spacious but of no use coz of poor room quality. Dustbins had no polythene and was stinking and even the water heater. Blankets seemed like it was not washed for years. We got a very poor room which was not upto the mark.

Nice place for a night halt on the highway
