OYO 24747 Hotel White Spott

Terrible rooms, with no water in bathrooms.....very bad experience

I was flying to Dubai on a business trip and had to picked up by my partner. He suggested me to stay in this hotel for few hours as I reached earlier than decided time. As I just entered the gate a Man(manager) asked me if I came here for pee or relieve my self. I was surprised and shocked at the same time. However I went to cafeteria ( they need a interior decorater) and asked for coffee and chicken sandwich. Coffee was horrible but sandwich was good in taste and portion. I spend one and half hour in cafeteria and left out. And believe me I didn't use their washroom. Staff need a training , especially the manager the guy with turban. He needs to learn how to be courteous with customers , and make them comfortable. Two stars just for chicken sandwich.

I went in night and it felt pretty good but once I attended a party at day time and I was able to see stains everywhere which wasn't visible at night. Walls are not even white washed well. Looks ugly and even outer garden surface is uneven.

You need to believe me as I visited this place twice in span of six months. It goes with the name of OYO but the guy at the Counter was so reluctant that he denied the request directly from higher authority on oyo customer support. He said you can simply cancel the booking and directly make one offline at the high price when I requested to share my room with my brother. Since it was a whole double bed room, he was not ready to accept him as the guest. I begged for the sake of student community and asked him to modify the booking but he was asking me to do that. Since it was paid in full already OYO team was unable to process my request. I dont know whos the bad guy here but after requesting for almost half an hour and paying extra in cash we accepted as guests.Giving it 2 stars just because the previous visit was way better.

If all goes well, OYO comes out to be a decent budget hotel. ... Reading reviews about Hotel Rock Heaven and specially ignoring the reviews regarding rude and unprofessional behavior of hotel staff, ...

Great place for marriages and other functions. They have large area for any gathering. It's a great place and easy to visit.

Good for night stay Food service is also good All staff is very corporative

Wish I could less than this rating.. I have been a frequent OYO user but this has been the worst experience I have had.. booked a suite in this property through OYO Mobile application for 2 nights for a couple and a child.. The staff was rude and a disaster to converse.. charged me 600 INR (Cash) more to get me the bedding for the child especially when I booked the suite which as per application, can serve upto 4 adults.. breakfast was inclusive but was not provided as it was not available till 8:30.. this was the time chef comes and gets that ready.. no provision for early morning tea as well.. no kettle, no jug, no glasses available in the room.. most of the channels on TV was locked except the free view channels.. Called OYO many a times to reslove the iaaue but yet to hear from them.. When I asked the hotel manager to get me owner's contact number, he very rudely pointed me to the wall and said, He stays in England, talk if you can.. So. Mr. Owner settled in England.. get your people right or shut the property down.. Disgusting..
