Best Western Kapurthala

Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly. Ankush Kumar and Mr Navjot Singh were very helpful during stay. Food is excellent, never had a bad meal. My only disappointment was staying on the 4th floor were they were re modeling some rooms and re painting. The smell was very strong and I believe the odor/ chemicals used in re modeling made me sick. I wish I had changed rooms or was made aware of that before moving into the 4th floor.

A budget hotel in Kapurthala, for official and personal stays. Ventilation in the rooms is an issue, as there are no windows. The restaurant is fine, but with limited options. Taste is not that great, with Non veg options not really good. It has a decent bar inside. Overall, the behaviour of staff and service was nice.

The Front office manager ( Mr.Ankush) was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, while the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. , The overall service was both courteous and cooperative, making our stay incredibly pleasant.

I have worst experience with stay in this hotel and with hotel staff especially restaurant people. They have zero sense and sale their coupons at hefty prices and not allowing the coupons to redeem by making different excuses. No eatable item is tasty.one of the worst cooks they have in this hotel.Worst experience ever I had in best western kapurthala .never stay there..

Kapurthala is happening place, with Military school and Rail coach Factory. Got a chance to visit Kapurthala regarding marriage of my best friends son. The service provided at room and iris (situated on first floor) was excellent. But Services at Rutaba on 14 April was below par from expectations. Specially the beverage unit lacking the corporate services. Rest i personally had very nice experience at BW Kapurthala Punjab India

We first went in October 2024 and really loved the ambiance and food. Location is great and very accessible. The place is beautiful and spacious including better parking space than Jalandhar hotel brands. Food was very tasty. There were no other customers there at that time and we received great service. This review is for restaurant service. We went again on 30th Dec 2024 for my son's bday but the experience was not up to the same level this time. Despite making a reservation, they refused to give us the area where we wanted to sit, saying it was reserved. That area remained vacant till closing time. 6 of us were forced to sit on a table for 4 people. There was no space left for them to keep the food. It was chaos every time a food item arrived. The only cutlery we were given was spoons. No forks and no knives were provided even for the foods that cannot be cut with a spoon. Even the food items were delivered to the table with dinner spoons instead of service spoons, as if they didn't have enough cutlery for even 4-5 families present there. There was no physical menu and we were told to scan different QR codes for food and beverages (which could be an overall policy change from the brand across all their branches). Being a closed atmosphere the online menu took very long to open. It took us 45 min just to order the food. There was less cleanliness this time. The table being too small, they kept our spoons on the table itself. Some food items repeated from last visit did not have the same good taste. Rest of the food was still excellent. At the time of payment, they told me their card swipe machine was not working and they made me pay through UPI. I could have easily gotten reward points on my card and a 40-45 days cycle to pay through my card at my convenience. I can't expect such a big hotel to have only one swipe machine. No effort was made to try my card a second time despite many requests. Prices are really high for the quantity served but one can ignore that given it's a high end place. I was very happy that Kapurthala finely has a fine dining place, but this hotel cannot provide you good service if there is slight rush. I would love to see them provide a more consistent experience as expected from a brand.
