Very bad hotel hidden camera Bad behave Not clean room Bed also dirty No water botle No ac work properly

Old hotel, rooms interior also very old type. Bathrooms not good, more maintained well. Staff service also not good. An old man sitting on the counter, very rude. Will daily ask money, "u want to stay, give money" no etiquettes

I visited this hotel for attending a small party arranged by a friend in hotel Shiraz Regency. The hotel is conveniently located and looks good from outside, however, I was amazed at the terrible hospitality shown by the staff. The sheets used on tables were extremely dirty, and they did not turn the AC in the restaurants on unless it was a timed function (so at least we were lucky in this hot weather). During the function, we decided to sit in the lobby for a while and witnessed a bitter verbal fight between the owner and three guests who had arrived for a lunch. Guests who were rightly complaining for lack of air conditioning and dirty sheets were asked by the owner to just get lost.. 'We are seeing each other faces for the last time' is what he said to those guests. He refused completely to acknowledge their problem and simply said with as much arrogance as he could muster 'Aap apna khana khao aur jao'. This isn't how hotel industry normally behaves. It's terrible. ||||In the lobby itself, the air condition was turned off already and plenty of house flies were sitting around everywhere (pics attached). We could not sit in peace due to their constant buzzing and sitting on our bodies. The lobby floor wad also full of those flies. ||||Aesthetically, it isn't a treat either.A dirty aquarium (unused) lies close to the reception area and the area contains unnecessary things which catch attention too.||||Not an experience to remember,at all.

We booked 15 rooms for doctors and our family also Doctors, on Monday i.e. 13th feb, 2023, our persons went to drop family at home, they called for money, we said we, ll settle account at morning, but they locked gate and compelled to do final settlement now and take your persons. They r worst people, in future we, ll never do anytype of business with them

We organize group adventure trips and bike expeditions. We stayed there during our expedition to leh ladakh.. We confirmed the booking before that we are coming. At that time we been told about heavy Dinner and breakfast with juice cornflakes Pratha sandwich and all with very beautiful picture of rooms.||But when we entered the property we were really disappointed to see condition of hotel.The owner forget to tell us very important part that his property was under maintenance and it was reconstructed. All the ply and wooden planks were laying here n there.The rooms were stinking. There was no water and bed sheets were in worst condition. But due to big size of group we were forced to stay there. To save light they had sensor installed in the corridors so to walk in light at night u need to go to the sensor point then only light will be on that too for 1 min. We end up walking in dark corridor. They didn't even provide us proper rooms. out of 12 rooms The gave us one room which was actually not room but due to lack of rooms we stayed there. Dinner was ok but to our surprise he charged us of all the rooms equally and when it come to breakfast he gave us paratha only, i had to literally fight to get tea in our so called breakfast. I wanted to ask that where is juice , sandwich ,tea, coffee, cornflakes an all as promised but they were ready to fight ( which we couldn't afford to due to our reputation and group) The staff was in full mood to exploit us and blackmail us. Later they called me to ask for feedback, i was wondering how on earth they can do such thing and dares to ask for feedback. Worst hospitality ever seen. Not recommended at all.

Cheapest Hotel and restaurant in town. Guess they are more worried about their AC and electricity bills than their guests. The party wasn't over and I was still in there, using their restroom when the owner instructed his waiters to switch off the lights. No water in the flush, no lights inside the toilet and complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. And as I saw waiters entering a ladies washroom without even knocking at the door, I just felt disgusting. Almost had an argument.... They really need to be taught a nice lesson about personal hygiene. Would like give a Minus (-)5 star if I have the option.

Wow ||After reading the reviews, I would like to share my views, price tag per room is on, cleanliness is on, food is awesome, parking is there, I could not find fungus walls and filthy towels nothing that of sort, checked my bill it was as what I ordered. Overall I'm happy b would recommend I stayed on 7th sept till 18th September oh yes they have opened two cinemas saw movies quite comfortable

I've been occasionally boarding this hotel since November 2015. Very old construction, Ac nonworking on summers water heaters on cold. Zero maintenance done. Boys are good and they'll bring hot water bucket for you on demand.
