I went today with my in laws after one year, Iive in the UK. Asked fir a non veg mixed sizzlers. Because I enjoyed the experience so much last year. But got rice, chips and chicken with eggs. Shame on your hotel, I, We won't be back. Ever. Thanks for nothing. Parmjit Singh Jhuti.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Maharaja Palace If you're looking for the worst stay in Hoisharour, Hotel Maharaja Palace is the place. Our experience was absolutely horrendous. The rooms had a horrible stench, and to top it off, we found bugs on the bed -- an unsettling sight that made it impossible to feel comfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom, which only added to the disappointment. The food was another disaster. Not only was the quality shockingly poor, but we actually found an insect in our meal, which was beyond unacceptable. It's clear there's no proper hygiene here. The owner, who seems more interested in property dealing than hospitality, has turned this place into a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here to look elsewhere. This place has been by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The services are excellent..rooms are very luxurious..located in the middle of city..all facilities are available near by

Horrible Stay - Never Coming Back! I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was of **terrible quality**--worn-out furniture, dirty carpets, and an overall dingy atmosphere. The **bathroom was an absolute nightmare**--the bathtub was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, it didn't even work properly! As if that wasn't bad enough, the hotel tried to rip me off with a simple bottle of water. They charged **40 for a bottle that costs only 15**, and then had the nerve to **add tax on top of that!** The **food was equally abysmal**--bland, poorly cooked, and not worth the price at all. And to think they charged **2800 per day** for this kind of service! Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. This place is a disaster from start to finish!

A great hotel, with good and kind staff. A beautiful place and also clean and hygienic.

Everything had to be asked. Complimentary bottled water was not provided initially or complimentary tea/coffee or electric kettle These were provided after haggling with management.

I visited the hotel's restaurant along with my family. We reached the restaurant at around 10:30 PM, and we came to know that the last order time is 10:30PM only, but yet the staff greeted us and took our order and served us with a great smile. The staff behaviour was wonderful. Food quality and quantity was also good. Overall a great experience!!
