Hotel Amber Residency, Hoshiarpur

1. Booked Three executive rooms,check in 27 Jan check out 30 Jan.|2. Checked in on 27 Jan at 1600 hrs . Since was travelling the entire day wanted to have a hot water bath. Alas! There was no Hot water against the claims of 24 hr hot water availability. Approached the reception with issue only assurances given with nothing happening on ground. Ultimately at 2030 hrs they demonstrated hot water availability.|3. One of the room Washbasin was choking and Western flush was dark yellow as if not cleaned for ages It was very unhygienic. They could not address both the issues till next day. One of the rooms no cold water in wash basin. They could only address the issue by next day.|4. In the morning again no hot water.|5. Second day again no hot water in the morning in all the rooms. No one was picking up the phone at reception. Had to walk down to reception to request them for help. Had a tight schedule starting early morning hence wanted to get ready in time. Staff was totally clueless. Some how managed to get hot water by 7.|6. Third day morning again no hot water. I was being educated by the staff to let the water flow for hot water to come. I welcomed them to my room where they drained nearly 3 buckets of water with no hot water flowing out. So much for their claims of HOT WATER 24 hrs.|7. There was no responsible person available to address the issue. Staff available were clueless.|8. Since I belong to this place and was visiting the place I was able to get the contact number of Mr Manish the owner.|9. I messaged him asking if we could talk. I also stated that I was a senior citizen and a senior Army Officer, he showed no interest in talking to me.|10. Vocabulary falls short to aptly express my experience of staying in the hotel.|11. Utterly disappointed with the entire experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a truly enjoyable stay. The presence of an on-site restaurant further enhances the experience, making it even better. Best place to stay in Hoshiarpur.

Great place to stay in Hoshiarpur The food is good service is also apriciable. The Bar is fine with warm ambience.

It was my first time to stay here. Quick response and awesome Amenities. I can recommend it to everyone

The minute you walked into the place you could tell it was run down. They had no ac in the lobby making it super hot and the rooms was dirty. My room smelt very bad. We originally booked it for 4 nights but we decided to only stay a night and move to a better hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel due to it being ran down

It's ideally located hotel. But PATHETIC is the word for it. Better to choose a Airbnb or homestay than staying at such a place. The room was having terirbly hot water. Nobody picks room service calls. For elderlies this place is strongly not recommended.

Great hotel, great food. We almost go to amber for every office party
