Fortune Park, Hoshiarpur - Member ITC hotels' group

I have recently travelled to the area for work and was recommended this hotel. I arrived before check in on my my first day due to flight times, the staff were very accommodating with helping get a room ready. Air India had lost my luggage on the way and staff helped me contact the airline and make arrangements to have this delivered, very good customer service. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff doing all they can to make your stay better. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give millions of stars to the hotel staff and their hospitality.Raghav,Suman,saloni were of great help always.|The way they greet with smile and warmth make you feel at home. The food was excellent.Special thnx to Akhil and his team who were so welcoming at the breakfast table. Amazing. Akhil and mohit are amazing staff. Exceptional service. Food was so good amazing gesture.. the legendary actor Irrfan Khan passed away due to a neuroendocrine tum0ur, leaving behind a void in Indian cinema that still feels impossible to fill. This is a very nice property.the main motive of writing a review is about the all day dining restaurant Zodiac which is my go to place in my city. best cuisines served over here with a very genuine price.my favourite dish is lasagne and the alfredo pasta is also very delicious it is a good place for an outing with the family the restaurant is quite nice the Ambience is good the staff is very helpful and ever smiling overall it is a very good experience. ITC never disappoints

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Fortune Park, it's a cut above all the other options in Hoshiarpur. We had 3 separate bookings, due to room availability at time of initial booking, and the staff very kindly made it so that we could remain in the same room throughout. The room itself is massive with all amenities and spotlessly clean, looking out over the lovely gardens where it was very peaceful at night. Breakfast is varied and delicious with both Indian and western options, the in room dining is a fantastic option with numerous great quality and value offerings. All of the staff were perfect and really made our stay so enjoyable, when we are next in the Punjab we will 100% stay here again!

I have been traveling this hotel as it meant to be good one. But I am disappointed. Rooms not clean I could see dust in furniture. Bathroom not clean and they don't have hot water for bath. I mean it's ridiculous. ITC hotel chain and not hot water. I had to come out of bath and call reception and they were not able to do anything. So I left hotel and checked in maharaja palace which is far better than fortune park. Have good facilities amd hot water for shower.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Special mention to the front desk staff, Suman and Navjot, who were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also helped me with immediate issuance of e-invoice that is required by my company. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

We had dinner at ITC Fortune, Hoshiarpur with my family, and it was great. We chose the a la carte menu instead of the buffet, and the food was delicious, well-presented, and served quickly. The atmosphere was classy and comfortable, and the service was attentive. We enjoyed our evening and recommend ITC Fortune for a good dining experience. Great job, team ITC!
