Disappointing Experience at Hotel President Dasuya. Very rude owner and so the staffi is... My stay at Hotel President Dasuya was highly disappointing. Upon check-in, I was required to pay the full room rent upfront, which is uncommon in most hotels. To my dismay, the basic facilities that are expected in any accommodation were severely lacking. There was no availability of drinking water, and the absence of hot water for bathing made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The upfront payment expectation should have been communicated prior to booking. Additionally, the absence of fundamental amenities like drinking water which is not complementary and is changed, hot water for bathing, towel and soaps reflects poorly managed hotel's standard of service. I urge the management of Hotel President Dasuya to improve their communication with guests regarding payment policies and ensure the provision of essential amenities to uphold a satisfactory level of hospitality.

Very affordable and nice place

Too many issues. The servants are tortured for sure. The rooms were too old, shower wasn't functioning, no hot water, food was good except the tea. There was no remote for tv of AC. The bed OMG, Was broken, and the bed bugs. Yet the manager was yelling at the servent coz he was not able give me an extra towel when asked. I feel this hotel needs an audit done.

This hotel is mainly a marriage hall extension. However, it is one of the best midway halts while going to Dalhousie from Gurgaon at such a price range. The service was good but was not available for 24 hours. They could start services only after 7:30 a.m. in the morning. They have a good restaurant but the service is slow. They have fine parking space and can easily be visible on the highway.

Very beautiful hotel

Worst place to sit there. Negative vibes from entire staff first. Quality is missing from Their cuisines from long ago. Their sitting in Bar section is totally uncomfortable like cheap couches u find there. Presidents waiters are like containing shahjahan's attitude. Mind boggling !
