Hotel Stella Continental

We went with my sister and husband. |Great service, lovely food.|So friendly staff. |Beautiful live music today 14th March. My sister and I sang along. Thank you to all the staff and the singer they had today. We enjoyed so much. |Lovely atmosphere. Such friendly staff.

Would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Stella hotel. I stayed for 10 nights recently and i do not have a bad word to say. The reception staff were professional and very helpful. A big thank you to the lady on reception, i cannot remember her name but she was from Atta pind and her customer service and attention to detail was above and beyond. All the restaurant staff looked after me very well. A huge thank you to the bar staff. Two lads in particular i think ones name was Amit and the other i didnt get his name but he had a tattoo on his shoulder of an eagle as we both have and like tattoos. These two lads again went above and beyond so a big thank you to them both and the other friendly and courteous staff members in the bar. The room was excellent and all the food i ate there was amazingly prepared and cooked. The fish, the chicken dishes, the mutton curry and the pasta dish and pizza i had were excellent so compliments to the chefs. Oh and also a big thank you to the elderly doorman who i enjoyed talking to. Again a big thank you to all. A very satisfied customer.

Service is very poor . We were served lukewarm kebabs and the fish and chips were the worst I have ever had .and the fish portion were beyond a joke burnt on the outside soaking in burnt oil 4 small pieces they did not taste like fish .the beer glass also was tiny and charged the earth for all food .the place across the road onkars is better food cheaper better staff but lacks ambiance. Stella did have live music the guy was good but only sang hindhi bollywood music .the staff were untrained and did not know how to respond to a complaint. Offered no apology for the cold kebabs and asked if they want them to warm up the old ones .it wasn't a good experience I will never go there again .avoid avoid avoid. Sohan singh uk Nottingham.

Great Stay with Excellent Service! Had a wonderful experience at stella. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and amenities were great. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would definitely return!

Last night, I had my bday party at stella... Such a wonderful restaurant. Humble staff, great and secure ambience, scrumptious food, managemant was at top. The prices were also modest and staff was cooperative.

Only went to restaurant part not bad . But staff need to take orders properly and serve the correct meals . My favourite is tandoori fish and crispy prawns

Can not be classed as a 4 star, 3 at best|Pros: good air conditioning throughout|Rooms are spacious|Good location near Goraya Town, less than 5 mins in car|Young man named Simran on reception has a very high level of empathy and good customer service.|Cons:|Room was dirty: hand prints on mirror above the bed|Electrical wiring taped together in bathroom|Bed linen had visible holes in them|Towels were threadbare|Rust marks on walls|Jagged edge on mirror|Brown stains on toilet seat, although not human still very unsightly|Room temperature can not be set to desired preference, was tooo cold, solution was to bring oil radiator which smelt toxic so unusable.|Cold water in shower. Was given several excuses from we r fixing it , it's summer here so u can't expect hot water , to the boiler is broken|When complained I was told the room rate which had been reduced upon arrival by a few hundred rupees (PS3.00) reflected the faults and I should accept it as it comes.|Absolutely ridiculous!

Let me tell you something. This hotel people are fake and telling to starnge to give 5 star I will give you money. It means they will arouse against money to any one. That we will give 150 and upto 1500 rupees. Which is nasty way. they are obtaining 5 star from people.
