Hotel Anand Renaissance

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel. The hotel washroom was stinking with pungent smell and also hotel advertises that breakfast is included in the room price, but this is nothing more than a trick to attract customers. When you actually ask for breakfast, they'll first deny availability or claim it's "not ready yet," and after pushing multiple times, they offer only a basic sandwich or parantha -- nothing close to what you'd expect from a proper breakfast inclusion. Worst part? They intentionally delay the breakfast by 45 minutes to an hour, clearly hoping guests will leave without eating. I too walked away frustrated and hungry. It's a shame that instead of providing honest service, the hotel chooses to fool people with misleading claims. If you're booking here thinking you're getting value with breakfast included -- think again. You're better off booking somewhere else that values transparency and guest satisfaction. Stop fooling your customers. Be honest

Very poor service and below average hotel. Hotel person is not ready to give 2 towels in a room.Only they provide one towel. We took 12 rooms ,so is this kind of attitude.Not recommended.

Cleanliness is fine but the rooms smell .

This is an amazing hotel for a place like Ferozepur. My expectations were quite low when I went to Ferozepur as I know that this border town is not great when it comes to infrastructural facilities. However the hotel exceeded my expectations- large rooms, 24 hour power back up, fantastic indian food, 24 hour manned reception desk and very quick in service. They can do bit better on bedsheets/towels etc but for the price they charge, it's excellent value for money.

Recently renovated and improved a lot. Valet parking is also available. Overall good experience.

Superb location to stay with your family.

Well maintained newly constructed hotel having specious rooms. Staff is very friendly n well behaved. Parking is available. Hotel doesn't have Restraunt at present but serves food at rooms. Throughly enjoyed the hospitality n stay.

Excellent service easily reachable from bus station and railway station. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Bathroom was spacious but not cleaned as per expectation. Hot water available for all time in bathroom.
