HOTEL PALM

AC not work. Bathroom health faucet not working. Toilet seat is broken. Food quality is not good. Bathroom space so tiny while bathing your leg will touch the commode. Multiple fake reviews. In one day 21 5 star ratings came but that much people are not here. Hotel is almost empty. Local public opinion is not to good for this hotel. Reply: This review was posted before our discussion. Now that you've mentioned discount, it was not the discount part. It was the early check in charges which you didn't mentioned at time of check in. Our point was many hotels allow early check in free of cost and if there's a charge they mention it. Anyways as I said this review was posted before Checkout or the photos also wrong. I also don't appreciate you calling time and time again calling about my review. I've never faced this kind of issue anywhere else. This review will remain as it is. Just leave it at that.

The room's furniture and bedroom are good but the washroom was too small and there is no window or ventilator in the room due to this I felt suffocating..

Very bad service, the rooms are very small. They also gave us blankets that were not in a good condition and smelling. I recommend you to not stay in this hotel.

Im adding a detailed review. Starting with the cons, 1. There is no lift, the hotel starts from first floor. 2. The rooms are very small. 3. There is no windows and hence no sunlight in 75% of rooms. 4. There is no kettle or any other mechanism to make coffe. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are running this as a family. You will feel like one of thier family member there. They will take care of you, pick you up and drop you off too. They would give you amazing suggestions on where all to visit and arrange you cost effective mobility options also. Apart from minimal hiccups, i really enjoyed the stay there.

Hotel is very nice and very near to bus stand. Staff is very nice and specially the owner. He was very professional and kind during my stay. Room service is also gud. The only thing which i don't like is price. Price is a little high if we see the city & location. Otherwise it's truly worthy.

Well maintained property...what all a girl want is that it should be hygienic... staff is having a friendly behaviour if you order something after midnight they will serve u....and food quality is very gud and taste as well...it will make u remember 'maa ke hath ka khana'
