Worst food quality Ordered honey chilli cauliflower, they packed honey chilli potato. Burnt Manchurian. Pathetic taste. Think twice before going Waste of money and time.

Quick google search led us to this hotel and we struck a deal for two rooms with complimentary breakfast. The gurudwara sarai rooms were not available and as we needed to straighten up our spines and rest for the night. ||||The manager Mr Arun Kumar is a true professional who understood our requirements. He is more than a help in need. God bless him. Clean & decent rooms with hot - cold water, room service, TV channels, Air-conditioning was what was actually God sent boon after day's pilgrimage drive.||||My children found staff members very courteous & prompt. The quality of food is very good.

This is one of da best n only one 5 star Hotel in Karnal with unique in its Raja Rajwada style. I stayed here with family for two days on 22nd n 23rd July 2018. Even it seems to be resorts for being provided all da comforts for Guests. It uses to be almost full during Wedding Seasons. During Check in hardly 2/3 minutes r taken for completing all da formalities . All staff is very very good n helpful. They know how to satisfy dear Guests in a lavish way. Their two Restros Brown Sugar n Frontier Mail r really serving best n delicious dishes. This is my favourite Hotel n I prefer to stay here again n again. Thanks. Pradeep Sood 98114 40414

This is the most terrible hotel in Sirhind, rooms are tired old and outdated. Please beware: rooms have NO Windows! You would be suffocating in a room - there is no airflow. a chap the reception is awfully rude, I have never seen such an unpleasant and rude person in a hospitality sector. Please stay away from this hotel - they are not treating guests nice, there is no respect despite you're paying for your stay.

The hotel building is good but has to improve on timeliness and guests, particularly when there is a marriage or a function. In the morning no-one is found on reception before 9.30 AM therefore billing is also an issue. If you have habit of bed tea, it may not arrive before 8am, even if you order at 6 AM. The food is good sometimes but they do not have green vegetables, other than mix vegetables.
