HOTEL SHAHI HAVELI

Mum and I had a grilled burger and fries. The burger and fries were delicious. The service was excellent. Veerpal was very friendly and welcoming, making sure our food was at the best standard. The place was very clean.

staff is a bit annoying. they were continuously disturbed while we were eating. a supervisor named veerpal came to us and annoyed alot she was asking for good reviews and told us to fake things about her by writing her name and praising her Food was okayish.

It's a convenient place to stay. Rooms are economical as well but washrooms need to be more hygienic. Overall experience was ok but traffic during night disturb sleep as it is on highway.

On 14th march 2025 (holi festival) went for a dinner with family! 1.Leave the dress code of waiters , they were serving food directly after playing holi (head & clothes filled with colours) 2. They served plates n then i asked for water , they gave water bottle but no glasses served 3. Gave order but when served one item was missing , when asked they by chance put that in someone's order 4 Few weeks back they overcharged me & when i checked bill after returning home & called them . They replied to call back but never. Ur r charging good , kind maintain the hospitality for which families visit ur restaurants! Only name is shahi services were poor. Management can DM me. I surely wanna discuss with them too.

Once Amresh Puri visited here and said "kabhi mat ana is haveli pr" Food is so bad even the staff orders from Hotel Dastan. The staff is so cooperative they tell you how to adjust with this food. And the management listens to our feedback so seriously and then does nothing on it. The service is so fast they don't even warm the food.

Worst service, worst food & worst staff behavior. During recent visit we ordered samosa with chana & Tea, they served cold samosa with barely warm chana gravy after 20-25 min & took another 20 min for the which tasted like 3 cup boiled water with half spoon tea & sugar ( completely zero taste). I just spit the second i tasted it, called the waiter to change that but he just ignored me.. like they're not charging me for that. After that spoke to the manager, he also have the same attitude.. They even charged for water bottle which we didn't use, yet we didn't pay for that. It was a bad decision for us to visit there. I won't recommend anyone to go there.

Such a wonderful place for dine in and for party and any kind of celebration . Food is so tasty and they have very professional staff . Must visit and try the variety of food

Very good food and very delicious food we had at this place
