Hotel Patiala Grand

Worst experience ever!!my mother made a payment in cash for her stay at your hotel. However, to our utmost dismay, the hotel staff claimed that we had not paid for the accommodation.They refused to acknowledge the transaction. Their cctvs were not working as well The staff's attitude was unhelpful and unapologetic when I raised these issues. They seemed indifferent mainly there receptionist such a liar she was this is the kind of service you give to your customers . Atleast hire people with some moral values bloody scammers Overall, I regret choosing Hotel Grand Patiala for stay

Rooms are clean but bathroom is having leakage in cealing. The owner and staff are friendly and cooperative.Food is good.

Service needs to improve. A customer should not have to go to the reception to get towel,toothpaste. Accessories should be in the room once it is booked. Greet the customers, it's free.

It was an absolutely amazing experience The rooms were clean and tidy ..The service was very nice ..and the location is awesome Some time back the service was very poor but now the owners have changed and the service quality has been increased..so afterall everything was good

This hotel is really amazing . I've just visited this hotel and I feel very good. When we just entered the hotel there were a lot of plants on the stairs and I feel freshed.There were plenty of inspiring paintings and the whole hall is also air conditioned. Everyone must visit this hotel.

I have stayed many times, staff is courteous n helpful. Ms Kanika front desk manager goes beyond normal to support customers, all staff members are courteous. location is superb .

overall rooms are good , nice food arrangement but there is no balcony otherwise nearby gurudwara dukh niwaran sahib , it's good

Great experience.Superb place to hang out with friends and family Food quality is awesome just like home cooked food..delicious and freshly cooked. All items were sumptuous whether snacks or main course Staff is courteous and helpful Must visit place Highly recommended
